I absolutely adore this pan😊besides its beautiful shell shape it well performed its job!!! My madeleines just slide out of the pan so easily and I never had to use anything for the cakes to slide out like I do with my Chicago metallic( I use a wood skewer to help them out of the pan😒)I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to bake and I would definitely order more later. I also bought my chefmade cannele pan a while ago but haven’t tried yet hopefully it will be another successful story! Thank you Chefmade for great products!!!

Love this pan
Love this pan. I like that the shapes are not like your typical madeleine shape. Much cuter! Also bakes REALLY even and nice. I'm a beginner baker and this is my favorite novelty pan now. Worth the extra cost, I'm glad I splurged on this!

Unique pan that performs great!
Worked out perfectly! We used Bruno Albouze's recipe on YouTube. Madeleines popped out of the pan with zero effort and were cooked perfectly. The ones in the middle were slightly less brown than the edges but still were just as delicious. There are cheaper pans being sold but the uniqueness of this one free my attention and I'm glad it performs just as well as I had hoped. It seems heavyweight and durable but of course can't say how it holds up over time until I've had it for longer.

Not Quite as Described
This item is listed as a gold non-stick pan. I received a gray non-stick pan - but the instructions on the pan make it sound like it's not truly non-stick. It requires 'curing' which is not a typical instruction for non-stick pans. The shape & well count is accurate.

Good quality, non-stick, with deep cups
I wanted to make kuih bahulu, which is "Malaysian Madeleines" or petit cakes and struggled to find a mould that is good enough. After much searching, I am glad that I decided to go with this Madeleine! It was very well-made, non-stick, with a good depth, and I appreciated its Champagne Gold color! I am glad that I went with this pan instead of the choices being offered at Williams-Sonoma as the floral mould they have was too complicated for my liking.Update Jun 2019 -After several uses (less than 5 times), the pan loses its non-stick quality. Not recommended for the price :(

Very nice pan I bake corn cakes in it and they turned out beautifully and came out of the pan with out any problem. It really is a beautiful shell pan . I am very happy with this product...
