Three months ago I started Prolon to give it a try as meno is hitting my waist line hard. So I have done 3 rounds of prolon fmd and every Monday and Friday I use their fasting bar and shake with a sensible dinner (mainly pre & post penance for indulgent weekends). So far I have lost 13lbs and having tried a million other things that were not working.Rankin in flavor I pick chocolate first and then the vanilla. There is a bit of minced nuts in here so there is a little bit of chew. Doing what it needs to do. Happy I found these.

Typically don’t use it for fasting and will add peanut butter / banana + collagen protein powder and they’re delicious !!!

I see that some people don't like the taste. I'm pretty picky and I don't have a problem with the vanilla. The chocolate is not as tasty. Besides, It's not like you're drinking a lot. I just mix it with about 8 oz of water and drink it down.

The vanilla taste gross they would not let me return it. I have not tried the chocolate yet but I would not recommend it especially for the price. Especially since Ithey won't let you return it, if you don't like it 😜

The vanilla tastes pretty good goes down easy. The chocolate is not very good at all.

I love Prolon and was excited by the addition of a shake to add to intermittent fasting days. I have only tried the vanilla and they are so ghastly sweet as to need 2-3 times the water to make them palatable, so they then become just a watery yuck. Why so sweet? Such a great idea badly in need of rethinking. Using cold brew helps to mask the intense sweetness along with doubling the water:(
