This is the best baking tray I ever owned, Truly non sticky, absolutely easy to clean, even burnt patches will come off so easily, it is unbelievable. Literally nothing is difficult to clean and remove on this and it only takes a few minutes to give it a good scrub with a sponge, rinse it thoroughly and have a shiny clean baking tin. I am baking anything on this: chicken, rice, potatoes, shuffles, vegetables, beef, burgers, fish, pasta, roasts. Never had any problem to remove the food leftovers, even when they were burned! And the food tastes great - not when it is burned though :D On difficult stains I am filling the tin with hot water and leave it overnight letting the residues to soak, then the next morning everything comes off so easily. Extremely pleased with this tin, will definitely buy the same if I ever need another one in the future. Make sure that you don't use any metal utensils when cooking with it cause scratches are the death of this baby, keep on silicone utensils and you will enjoy it for a long time, without the heavy scrubbing nightmare in the end. Needless to say that at the price it is being offered it is a must have for your kitchen. It is definitely a super large tin, therefore with contents added it gets super heavy to handle. You will need both hands to handle this one and you also will need a pair of good cooking gloves when it is hot. One feature I would like to see on a future upgrade of this product is handles on the sides, nothing too fancy just a 4-5 inch long protruded ledge on the side would do the job nicely. In overall, i am very pleased with this tin and everything I have bought from ProCook, they are definitely the ppl to go for me to when it comes to cooking pots and whatnot.

This roaster pan has been very good for meals and is quite easy to clean. My only complaint is after a few months is has started to lose its no stick quite a bit. Parts of the pan coming off after stick to the food being cooked in it peeling of the nonstick and making the food taste like metal. However, it has been used quite a bit and definitely served its purpose.

Great quality, easy to clean easy to use. if you take care of it (no sharp knifes) it s pefrect for oven or fridge! It is deep enough to roast chicken or pies, pefrect to make brownies and it distributes evenly the temperature (for baking or for freezing ) I was looking so long to find something like this!
