I purchased this machine screw set after a disappointing search of the hardware stores in my town came up empty. Boy, am I glad I picked this one! It is an excellent assortment of small machine screws with all of the additional nuts, washers and lock washers needed. Probably will not need to buy more screws for at least a year!

I am a little confused by some of the other reviews, which seem to be for some cell phone accessory. The item I am reviewing is “1504 Pieces Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws Nuts Washers Kit, Kindroufly M2 M3 M4 Screw Assortment Kit, Machine Screws, 304 Stainless Steel”I am always tinkering with one thing or another in my workshop and it’s nice to have a variety of fastening devices to pick from. I generally like pan head screws the best for my particular applications. These are as good as anything I might find at the big box store. The quality is good. I didn’t have any culls or manufacturing errors in the batch The machining is precise. Fit and finish were excellent The screws mate into the included nuts very well, but more importantly they also mated with screws and nuts from other manufacturers so everything in this box is manufactured to pretty uniform standards. The threads are all very durable. I am only using these on indoor applications but being stainless steel, I’d have no issues using them on projects outdoors. They tighten and secure nicely and don’t seem prone to getting damaged even if a bit over-torqued. Like any bulk purchases, make sure to compare specs and price per unit and buy accordingly. You may be able to source these cheaper from other places. That being said, the price for this large of a quantity of pieces was an acceptable value for me.

This kit comes with a good amount of screws, nuts, and washers. I won't have to go out and buy for some time. The screws are grouped up and inside a plastic bag. There are too many plastic bags, you just need to have a plastic bag for the case in my opinion. Other than that the kit works for my needs. Nice to have it all organized and accessible.

This is a great assortment of each of the metric screw sizes included.A generous supply of washers and nuts is included.The incremental difference in lengths is well chosen, so that there are not huge jumps from one size to the next.The threads are very well formed, as well as the nuts and washers.The nuts start very easily and spin up and down the threaded shank of the screw with ease.The screw heads have some minor cosmetic defects, but nothing affecting functionality.Everything passes the magnet test for stainless steel with flying colors, being virtually unresponsive to a very powerful magnet.The labeling is only on the top side of the lid, so you do have to do some lid flipping if you want to check sizes.The case and the dividers are a bit flimsy.The dividers slide upward when you're trying to retrieve an item and so the items tend to get mixed up.Nuts will want to mix with the washers and vice versa.So I found it best to leave the items in the bags, cutting the end of the bags off and facing them upwards to ensure that items stay in their respective bins.

This is a handy, useful assortment of a wide variety of sizes of high-strength, long-lasting, corrosion-free metric fasteners.The plastic box everything comes in is adequate, and the short, movable separators seem to be solid enough. Everything stays in place pretty well. I've seen other companies that use sliding separators with triangular edges which slide into triangular-shaped guides. They are a definitely more secure way of keeping the separators in place. Kindroufly should look into this.While there are hardware bits that are almost microscopic (eyeglass screws, for example), M2 screws are tiny! No doubt they are being used in a wide variety of international electric, electronic, and mechanical devices, so having these on hand, in different lengths, is probably going to be a necessity for the home handyman.One complaint is that each separate group of items comes in a little plastic bag, stuffed into the designated compartment in the carry-case. Twenty-one little bags to cut open and empty into the appropriate space. Six compartments for each size (M2, M3, or M4) bolts, and one compartment for that size nuts.I'm sure the reason for the bags is that the small parts would surely get mixed during shipping. Which is another point - you want to be extra cautious opening the plastic box and using this hardware in general. I can't think of a more agonizing several hours having to pick up and sort all of these parts after a disastrous drop.Another complaint is that the tweezers - which admittedly are handy for picking up a single small fastener or nut - are kind of cheesy. They feel only slightly stronger than aluminum foil.Nevertheless, this is a great selection of metric fasteners. I'm glad to have it.

I like the selection, pricing and quality of these SS screws, nuts and washers. The sizes, both in diameter and length, are comprehensive for small size machine screws. I only wish these were SAE and not metric in size since that is what i commonly use. I recommend these if you need metric machine screws.

Who doesn’t need extra screws and washers in their toolbox? We certainly did and I do like this set. It came packaged very securely. It came bubble wrapped and the box itself was taped in 3 spots. I do love the box the screws and washers come in and the compartments are perfect to hold each size of the screws and washers. The paper or cover that this set comes with is perfect as it shows what each compartment holds. The screws and washers are made a nice quality metal. They have some heft to them so I feel they can withstand use. One thing to note- they are NOT magnetic so they will not hold onto those nifty magnetic screwdrivers. But, that has no bearing to the uses of these screws and washers. I would recommend this set!
