I have a pair of hearing aids that cost me a few $k 10 years ago and have them adjusted once a year. I thought the distorted sounds I've been hearing all that time were normal for hearing aids. After testing the latest and greatest but before ordering them I decided to try the Zyon amplifiers for a fraction of the cost. The quality is very good. I am hearing things that seem natural. No loud cracks and snaps and broken glass noises. My wife has noticed that she does not have to repeat everything all of the time for me to understand her.

It's hard to understand how other companies can still charge $4000 for a pair of hearing aids! These little gems work as well as the big dollar items for a fraction of the price. They come with closed and open earpieces, depending on your needs. The open ones are perfect for me; all the room sounds come through naturally; only the frequencies I have trouble with are amplified. The 4 preset programs work great, and are easy to switch. Yes, they're called "hearing amplifiers", but isn't that what hearing aids are? (Legal distinction, I guess.) Even if you had to replace them every couple of years, you'd still be dollars ahead. I couldn't be happier. (Well, I suppose I might be happier if they were free . . . . .)

Work as good if not better than my $5,000.00 hearing aids. The four modes are easy to switch and do work in different environments. Volume has a nice range from soft to load. Price is outstanding for product. No negative issues.

For those with moderate hearing loss, these are perfect! I am elderly, and at the point where I am having trouble understanding spoken language. I can hear, but not as well as I would like. These aids have meet my needs perfectly; everything is easier to understand. The difference in my life has been dramatic. I only use to one aid in my left ear, and that provides me with a backup; because the aids are designed so that they can be used in either ear.I did have to find new domes (the soft plastic ear piece), and I contacted the seller; I needed smaller ones than had come with the aids. They instantly referred me to a product that costs $13, and had a variety of domes in seven different sizes; with five of each size. Everyone will notice it. But it works and that is far more important to me.I am very experienced with hearing aids, their costs and their negatives. My hearing loss is genetic, and still moderate; but my mother's was extreme and in the last ten years of her life over $10,000 was spent to provide her with workable hearing. It worked, but it cost a fortune and was very difficult to get her ear molds right. I was despairing that I would be able to find anything for myself, because I am low income. Finding these aids, was a miracle for me, and I could not be more satisfied with them. Hearing aids from brokers can easily cost thousands. This product works unbelievably well for its price, and its cost is within reach of anyone to afford.HEARING AID TESTS: Hearing tests can be easily found on YouTube, and to my view are very good. These will demonstrate to you where you are in your hearing loss.
