LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Orange Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

I’m obsessed with LMNT. These are hands down my favorite electrolytes. No sugar, clean ingredients, and they actually make a difference in how I feel—especially during workouts and busy days when I’m not drinking enough water. The Orange Salt flavor is great: flavorful but not overly sweet or fake tasting. Raspberry is my favorite! I love that it doesn’t upset my stomach and helps with hydration, energy, and preventing headaches or fatigue. I keep these stocked at all times and use them daily, whether I’m working out or just trying to stay hydrated. If you’re looking for a zero-sugar electrolyte that actually works, this is it. Will absolutely continue buying.

These are honestly lifesavers! The flavor isn’t sweet at all just super clean and refreshing. They’re perfect to throw in your bag and bring to work or on the go. The salt dissolves so easily, and there’s no weird aftertaste or gritty texture. I genuinely feel more hydrated after drinking one. I find that just one every single day goes a long way!

My work is extremely hot and humid, walking stairs for 8 hours near pasteurizers (water ovens). In the summer in Houston, it's regularly 100+ heat index in there. I drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water, often two gallons, and occasionally get into my third before an 8 hour shift is up. Over the years I've tried pretty much every electrolyte product on the market and am so happy to have found these. The flavors are exactly what they sound like. Kinda fruity flavor with a ton of salt. I'll add them to 48oz of water, sometimes with another supplement like collagen for my knees. They kick pretty hard with less than 16oz of water but taste quite nice over a bigger volume. I drink one of these a day in my first half gallon and rarely get dehydrated. Often times on the weekends, or if I get more than one day off in a row, I'll wake up with deep tissue muscle cramps, usually from the inside of my knee to my groin, with no easy stretch available to help. It's the worst, so bad it often sends my body into shock giving me an instant fever and dizziness when I need to be upright stretching lol. Since I found these, I'll try my best to hobble to the kitchen, drop one into a 16oz water bottle and chug it fast. It's crazy how fast it helps, like within ten minutes the cramp is nearly gone, manageable. Truly a life saver. They're expensive, and sometimes take a week or two to arrive, but I'll continue to buy them as long as I sweat like I do at work. Won't recommend anything else to others.

I have come to absolutely love these drinks. It has been a great way to keep up my water intake, since I do try to drink the 64 oz.. that is recommended. I love the Orange salt the best, followed by raspberry and citrus. Is this cheap, no not really, but like I said it let's me get my water intake in, so I can live with that. Honestly I now subscribe to the 4 pack they have for less $$$.

Tastes great and works well for hydration. The Orange Salt flavor is refreshing and not too sweet, and it gives a nice electrolyte boost after workouts or long days. Mixes easily and has clean ingredients with no sugar. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the price—it’s pretty expensive for 30 packets.

I LOVE LMNT. It’s pretty salty so I’ll sometimes use half but I really like all of the flavors. Orange, lime and grapefruit are my favorites. It’s pricy but worth it to keep me feeling hydrated.

I mix them with either filtered water or I like to pep them up by mixing them in SpritzUp! They make a lovely peppy drink that feels like it is giving you’re the additional minerals that they claim.
