I can’t believe that I was so lucky to find this back support. The quality of construction, materials, and design is about as perfect as one can expect . It makes a recliner built for a 6 foot person feel comfortable when you are only 5’4”! Thank you to the person who designed it!

Good lumbar and upper back support. Cushions are on the medium to softer side. Makes long hours at the desk more tolerable. Fast shipping. Can recommend.

This comes extremely compressed. The instructions say it takes 48 hours to fully expand, but mine took an extra day. This can be used in a variety of seating options and can be used horizontally or vertically. I use it on my loveseat recliner. Initially, I thought it was too stiff/firm for my situation, but I've since decided that I do like the firmness of the pillows and find it very supportive. You can manipulate it into a variety of ways that works well for you. I use it vertically with the top pillow folded under for head & neck support. I have horrible back issues and it's very difficult to find comfortable sitting and sleeping positions. This definitely helps with that. I love that it's easily washable too. I've been using it for about a month now and it hasn't lost any of its firmness or shape and I don't expect that will happen any time soon. All in all, I think it was a good investment.

OK guys, if you're having back/neck/shoulder issues sitting in a chair for work for extended periods of time, this support pillow IS IT! I've tried most everything including buying expensive chairs when all I needed was this. So happy with the excellent support. Keeps my neck and upper back happy and great overall price for what this can do for you. If you've tried everything else, give this a chance, you wont regret it.

Bought the 3x4x18 tuck and roll chair back cushion to use on a somewhat large faux leather easy chair. The not so good first. 1) It slides all over the chair and refuses to stay in place. 2) The elastic strap that comes with the cushion is too short and too weak to even get close to holding it in place on a wide backed faux leather chair. I happen to have several stronger and longer elastic straps that I cobbled together to hold the cushion in place; but it still won't stay put. 3) The back of the cushion does not have any silicon rubber nibs of any sort to help keep it put; just smooth, slippery fabric. 4) One would have to put some adhesive backed or glue-on velcro fastener strips to help with that problem on faux leather or its ilk, whereas a fabric upholstered chair might just require safety pins. 5) The OEM really missed the boat by not adding a double wide and double thick bolster to one end or both ends of the unit I bought (they offer a cushion made of double wide but standard thickness bolsters) that consumers could use as a lumbar support. Or at least offer one as an add-on. I have to find another half round or rectangular lumbar support pillow to use with this unit. The good: 1) The foam on my medium firm unit is very nice and expanded as described and rebounds likewise after use. Very comfortable. The cushion is long enough, but I think one more bolster (a total of 7) would be great; especially if a large bolster as I said before. 3) Construction appears to be first rate and the ability to take it apart for laundering the cover is very smart and helpful to keep it sound over time and use. 〜 I think it is marginally worth the cost as-is and would be of tremendous value to everyone concerned (OEM, seller, and consumer) with the fixes and additional utility I have suggested. I plan on adding the lumbar support and a means to keep the entire cushion in place on my chair which should make it really aces for me. And would buy another as-is if needs be, but would shop around for better first. With my mods, no shopping required at all. It would be a slam dunk!

I feel like I return everything that I buy to make my neck and back feel better. I have metal on my back from L5 to S1 scoliosis my top spine is starting to really curve I'm not a baby. I suffer with severe neuropathy in my legs has prevented me from even walking at times. Can't seem to find something that's going to make me feel better when I sit down. THIS IS AMAZING!!!!! You have to buy it I promise you it will change your life. I just received it and I just don't even want to get up from the chair I'm in heaven. It can be adjusted where you need more pillow or less pillow. Incredible invention fantastic!

This works great! I just need to order another one for other chairs. The support is great, it's adjustable, it is worth the money. It helps relieve with my back pain. I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is, but it seems firm enough to last.
