It doesn't work that good for my opinion i tri it but didn't work for me.

If you do not KNOW the original design you will still love this new "adjustable" model. I LOVED the original solid design in SMALL in BLACK and also loved the SMALL in this BLUE color = 5 STARS for sure. I was spoiled and now just a little disappointed with this "new" design change to this "adjustable" model for all sizes -THE ONLY MODEL MADE NOW. But still of all the devices on here and I have tried several THIS would be the BEST to trial and use. This Neck Helper Concept was a lifesaver for me! The chin cushion material and frame materials are superior for comfort. The concept... you get notice on chest when neck out of alignment and pressing down the chin support = you will learn to set up your computer/activities heights accordingly to take stress off neck and start building back up your muscles as you keep chin off rest. I was "floxed" by medication toxicity and have lost/damaged ligature/structure support C1-C7 and beyond. Severe symptoms nausea/not right in head and the PAIN with continued movement forward/backwards and leaning laterally bilaterally as I moved neck just to survive in life. I was burning nerves at 6 levels... for 6 years and finally had a DMX... and realized I needed to reduce/control ALL but especially the OVER flexion motions of my neck and a soft collar was NOT capable enough and allowed my neck/shoulder muscles to become LAZY. I had already Elevated TV/Computer with Monitor/Portable Tabletop tray for kitchen prep/writing-reading lap table head height and this Back/Neck Support find a miracle helper. For all you people getting "Tech Neck" please take control of your life NOW and build back up your back and neck muscles - Use to set your correct posture points at work and home. It can take some time to adjust. $$$ to MDs/Neurologists/Ortho Surgeons/more BAD drugs/nerve burnings and the best spent $ was on this product!!! Good luck! Everyone is different but the basic priciple we all have been told is posture, posture, posture!!

I tried this product for a few days and just found it useless. It's uncomfortable and I could never get it to fit correctly.

My experience with this neck pain relief product has left me with mixed feelings. The pictures in the ad accurately depicted the product, so I had a clear understanding of what I was purchasing. However, I had assumed it would be adjustable enough to provide me with a comfortable fit, which unfortunately wasn't the case.As someone who suffers from chronic muscle spasms in the neck, exacerbated by long hours working on a computer from home, I was hoping this product would offer some relief. While soft collars have been comfortable, they hinder my ability to look down at the screen. With this product, I encountered discomfort after just 15 minutes of wearing it. It could be that it is not designed to accommodate my specific measurements, as I have a shorter neck. Adjusting the velcro strap required me to raise my arms, which further strained my neck and shoulders.After much effort, I managed to adjust it as best as I could, and it did provide some initial relief. However, it soon became uncomfortable, and I had to remove it. Additionally, wearing it made working on the computer quite challenging. Considering these factors, I can only give this product a three-star rating.It's important to note that individual experiences may vary, and this product may work better for individuals with different neck measurements and conditions. While it fell short for me, it may still provide relief for others.

It didnt help my neck or head

I have chronic back and neck pain, mainly from sitting in front of a computer for work for hours at a time, and doing so for decades with bad posture!I have started using a posture corrector to help ensure I'm keeping my shoulders back and I'm not hunched over the keyboard, but that tends to make me stick my neck out even more then I do normally, which really makes my neck hurt even more.I started wearing a neck brace to address this, and having some type of neck brace does wonders for me. The first type of neck brace I bought worked well but it was hot and uncomfortable after wearing it for an hour or so. I ordered this one specifically because it looked like it wouldn't be as hot. And I'm so glad I did. It fits very well and helps me realize any time my chin starts to drift forward into the extended neck position. But, it's very lightweight and doesn't feel like I'm wearing a thick turtleneck sweater, like the other brace I had.Also, I really like that I'm able to use this to give me feedback on neck position more than actually directly forcing my neck into the right position. My goal is not to have to wear a neck brace all the time at the computer, so this does a great job of allowing me to actually hold my neck properly, and then any time I start defaulting into a bad position, my chin pushes against the strap and it cues me to correct my posture on my own. Much better for my situation than just obstructing my neck from moving forward, since that approach wouldn't help me learn to get in, and hold, a good position.This is now my go-to brace, and I'm wearing it for several hours a day in conjunction with a posture corrector. I get sore from holding good posture, and am building up my tolerance to be able to stay in a good position without cramping. Very happy with the results and my chronic pain has definitely been reduced! Happy that I'm on my way to improved health and well being!!

Doesn't do the job at all, presses on the neck and chin. Don't use it
