Our Bee Harmony Honey is gently warmed to the lower forties (degree Celsius) to liquefy the honey crystals that naturally solidify in raw honey – this is about the temperature of a hive on a warm summer day. To maintain the integrity of our raw honey, we limit the temperature and time of warming to preserve natural enzymes, flavor, and aroma.

I see the honey contains 16g of sugar. Is the sugar artificial?

Bee Harmony Honey is made by honeybees from the flower nectar they gather. There is no added or artificial sugars in our honey.
