Great Quality Creatine Supplement

THESE CREATINE CAPSULES REALLY SEEM TO HELP ME - I'M A SENIOR FEMALE
I've been taking these 3 gram capsules of Creatine Monohydrate for about 6 weeks now (1/day), and I'm really starting to notice an improvement in my energy level and my muscular strength. I'm a senior female - turning 69 y/o tomorrow - and in recent years have experienced a significant decline in muscular strength and energy level. I was on prescription statins for a couple of decades, and finally forced my doctor to prescribe an alternative medication a couple of years back (due to significant muscle deterioration/pain). That did help somewhat (over time), but I was still dragging my butt around, didn't have the old vim/vigor of my youth and middle years. On the advice of my son (after doing my own research), I started myself on these capsules about a month-and-a-half back, and I'm starting to feel a lot more like I used to. Raked leaves for close to 2 hours yesterday, and don't even feel sore! I really think it's the Creatine caps. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them for fading seniors like me. I feel about 15 years younger!

This is one supplement that I definitely know has an impact! Workouts without it have less effect. It's a great addition to an athletic routine. Priced decent as well.

Great for value + quality
I've gotten this about 7 times now and I don't regret it a single time. Already seeing bigger muscles and performance + endurance in workouts have gotten signifigantly better. 240 capsules for this price is a fantastic deal. However, I wish there was an option for more than 750mg per capsule, I need to take 7 capsules to reach ~5 grams and it makes the bottle last not as long. But overall great product
