It has great pigment
The pigment is great, however it didn't quite blended with the buttercream that I made. Sad... it works fine on the actual cake though.

Quick delivery - great for a red velvet
It’s food colouring paste which i ignored to notice when I got, but really happy with.Makes great red velvet cake, I did put a bit too much and it still came up pretty good too

Great product unfortunately wrong colour was sent I ordered purple but was sent blue . Although I will Eventually use it sugar flair my favourite product to use

Good colour but had to use alot for buttercream
Usually I buy these types of gel colours as such a small amount needed for most things. But the Burgundy one just didn't go anywhere near as far as normal, had to use alot (probably more than a full teaspoon of colouring whereas usually a couple of small drops is enough) and do alot of heating and cooling to get the deep burgundy colour I wanted in my buttercream

Not as expected
The color was not as expected, and looked like it was old, as the color is a faint pink and had a bright top, but when stirred, did not look like the usual gel to use with fondant. Will search for another brand.
