Great laptop stand! Very sturdy and easy to use. Easy to adjust and my laptop does not move around. Great price and would recommend.

I've been buying on Amazon for years and this is the first time I've really wanted to post a review. This stand is well-made, very lightweight and strong. The height and tilt adjustments allow you to pose it in the perfect position and it stays in place. The grip pads on the base and the tray also prevent any sliding. We'll see how well it holds up over time, but so far I am very impressed and very happy with this purchase - especially at this price point!

The tiny wrench it came with worked but was a little ridiculous to be honest. You'll probably have a better time finding an allen key somewhere instead because the bolts are more accessible from the outside than inside.Lightweight for what it is, can fold pretty compact, and the aluminum is pretty sturdy once you tighten the bolts/nuts really tight. It doesn't seem prone to tipping over, or at least i'd count it as 'cat proof' so far.I like this can both just be a riser if you use it at a very low slope, or an angled stand.

This computer stand really works well. It is very sturdy. My computer sits on it for hours, and does not lower the stand.

Every time I look at a new item I want to purchase I always look at the ratings but I look at the lowest ratings and it seems that everyone says the same thing about every item. Don't buy it, it's this it's that blah blah blah.Everybody complain that this laptop stand was hard to open and maneuver. Isn't that a good thing? At least you know it's got tension to it and it's going to hold your laptop. Sure it takes a little force and strength to open and adjust but at least I'm guessing it's going to keep its tension a long time.Here's the problem I have and it's not with the item. I have a Dell Inspiron 15-in which is 17.3 diagonally. This laptop stand holds it very well and grips the surface very well. It doesn't tip over or anything. The problem I have is that my laptop is too big for this. When I open it it seems like it wants to flip backwards off the workspace. But I don't blame the stand I blame my big laptop. This would be good for a smaller laptop.But I am not sending it back and I'll tell you why. It's made so well and it's so strong that I'd be foolish to send it back. What I did is I put a few velcro strips on the bottom of my laptop and a few velcro strips on the top of the stand. When I place my laptop on it it holds on to the stand perfectly and it's strong and doesn't want to flip backwards. I will provide some pictures. For the price I pay for this like I said I'd be foolish to send it back because it's so well made. I have to laptops that are identical and I'm going to purchase another one for that other laptop.So if you want my advice use a smaller laptop or do what I did and just buy some Velcro which is cheap and do what I did. I can still take the laptop off and put a different one on with no problem.If you look at the pictures I provided I used Velcro on both surfaces. They line up perfectly and there's a stronghold. This is absolutely perfect for my laptop! While some reviews suggested it might be tricky to adjust, I found it to be super easy. It stays securely in place without any sudden drops, and you can elevate it to maintain direct eye contact, which is a real game-changer! I even tried it with my old, heavier work computer, and it held steady the whole time I was working. Plus, my laptop doesn’t slide at all! I'm using it right now and am so thrilled with this purchase! It really enhances my workspace! Also, it's very compact. You can literally fold this up and fit it in your carry-on bag or book bag. If you aren't using this, it can easily fit in your desk drawer. It's lightweight as well.
