My friends laughed at me when I bought this but I LOVE IT! I bought this because I wanted to listen to music and auidiobooks without being interrupted by text/calls. This frees up memory on my phone, does not drain the battery on my phone, and allows me to focus on what I am listening to rather than constantly getting notifications. I really love this thing - it's a bit weighty which I am OK with because I don't want to lose this. I think this is good value for my money and it is super easy to use - turn it on, sign into the apps you want to use, download your items, then delete them off your phone! Sound quality is good - gives an alert if you're turning the volume up higher than the recommended "safe" level - this is to reduce hearing issues in the future (thanks!).

I'll be honest, I havent owned an MP3 player since my click wheel iPod days. But with a recent road trip and a growing audiobook addiction, I knew I needed something more portable and easier access than my phone. My first impression, this thing looks like a miniature android phone. Not bulky, and lightweight. Easy to hold fits in my hand comfortably. It does come equipped with wifi capabilities and has a huge storage space of 80GB. I have already loaded it up with my entire music library, audio books, and even a few podcasts, and Im not even close to using half the space. No more agonizing over what to delete to make more music space on my phone before a trip! It has a 4 inch touchscreen which is more than adequate enough for browsing through a music collection and tapping through audiobooks. The device is responsive and easy to navigate, even with clumsy fingers or just a fat thumb. The device comes with apps already installed, all you have to do is log in with your account or create a new one. Apps like Spotify, Pandora, and Audible already on the device make it quick and easy to access and listen to any playlists previously established through a subscription. I can download audiobooks or stream music without draining my phones data. And the bluetooth connects everytime without any delay or problems. I paired it with my wireless earbuds, and my portable bluetooth speaker. The battery life of this mp3 player is probably the most notable feature. Ive been listening for hours on end during my road trip, and its barely put a dent in the charge. The convenience of using this vs draining my phone battery has totally transformed my on the go music listening experience. In terms of sound quality, I'm not an audiophile, but I do appreciate good tunes. The sound is crisp, clear, and punchy, even at higher volumes. Im rediscovering details in my favorite songs I never noticed before. Its not the fanciest mp3 on the market, but for the price, its a steal. Its durable, portable, and packed with features that make life easier and commutes way more enjoyable. Its very versatile, great for a music lover, an audiobook addict, or just someone who needs a break from their phone. I really like thats its simple and easy enough that my kids can navigate it as well. Its also a great way for kids to listen to music without having access to the entire world wide web like on a phone or tablet. I am very satisfied with this purchase. We have not experienced any negative issue with the device, its a good value for the money and I would recommend it to others.

This was the most complicated, impossible device to use. I'm pretty tech savvy mind you. Once I "copied and pasted" my music over from my computer to the device, there's a folder that says ANDROID. I'm assuming you put them there? I figured out how to get files over to the device BY ACCIDENT, through file manager (or something like that) Then, I went to play the songs, and it would only play one at a time. There was no option to shuffle, skip or anything. It would play the song, and then stop. It wouldn't automatically go to the next song. For $60, you'd think this thing would be awesome. The "Music" button in the top left corner, I thought, would be your generic MP3 player part, so maybe I was doing something wrong. So I hit that, and some weird apps come up that you swipe across, and are just a picture on the screen, and do NOTHING. Here's the biggest kicker: The instructions don't tell you how to get songs over and use it!!! THATS WHAT ITS THERE FOR!!!!! I had no choice but to return this, because it looks cool, has a lot of features, good storage, and fair price. You have to take a college course to use it I guess.

I did enjoy the spotify while it lasted, though after 14 days it thought I was abroad which I wasn't. Controls are a bit odd. At least I have my downloaded songs and a way to listen to them when I wish! Overall it was pretty good just wish spotify would work for me.

My mom wanted a simple music player that wasn’t going to cost too much. I found this one and she loves it. I was able to download a bunch of the music off my iPod that she likes. When we go walking she uses it all the time. The sound quality is amazing. It is very easy to use and compatible with my computer so it makes for easy downloading.

I just wanted a music player for my preteen so he could listen to music. I have an Amazon music subscription and this played that too. It comes preloaded with some apps, but you cannot add new apps (which fits the purpose I needed) but you can’t reinstall deleted apps without doing a factory reset. I ended up deleting pretty much all the apps that were on it. (My kid wanted to listen to Spotify but the Spotify app allowed video blogs, which is pretty much like access to YouTube, which he’s not ready for). A few months after we got it, it overheated during charging and fried. Wouldn’t turn on. We bought the protection plan, but they made us go to the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. It must have been, because they sent a replacement for free. That was nice. But here we are a month later and now the usb charge port has broken and it won’t plug in or charge. I guess I’ll be contacting them again.

Solid, well-built, pocket size, accessory earbuds included, impressive. Plenty of storage space for music.

J'ai commandé ce lecteur pour moi et ma fille. Elle écoute beaucoup d'histoires et de musique sur Deezer et je cherchais un appareil qui lui permettrait de l'autonomie sans être un téléphone portable et sans être forcément connecté à internet. C'est vraiment un très bon compromis, le lecteur est de bonne qualité et le son est bon. Au bout de 10 mois, j'ai rencontré un problème et l'écran ne voulait plus fonctionner. J'ai contacté le service client, qui a été super réactif et m'a renvoyé un modèle comme j'étais encore sous garantie. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

The first weeks I was very happy with the product. My son could use it and with the Parent Control I could ensure it was only used to listen to music. Unfortunately it got difficult to charge, until a point it does not want to charge at all anymore. Apparently this is a wider issue, as I read it in other reviews as well. I reached out to the shop but no one reached out yet.

Excellent product with large storage (expandable storage) in reasonable price. I recommend this product to every music lovers to have this music player.

Experienced challenges at first, it appeared the device wouldn't charge. Customer Service reached out and worked with me pretty steadfastly to see to it that we found a solution. Turns out I just needed to push the reset button. Happy with purchase!
