got this wallet free from a promotion by buying another alpaka product. wallet is very well made and tight fitting. perfect stitching and seams... holds 4 cards tightly with no concern about them slipping out and you can fit 2 bills inside the orange pocket.I just find it useless for my needs. I can't get by with so few cards and bills. I prefer a zip pouch or traditional bifold walletagain, product is well made and I love xpac. just not for me

I’ve put small amounts of cash in the middle and it doesn’t seem to be stretched out at all. Cards stay in the slots and don’t fall out. Wallet is small enough to hold 5 cards, a few dollar bills folded up, and is not too big to fall out of pocket. Great daily wallet easy to get cards out of and is holding up quite well after 4-5 months.

Overall, this was exactly what I was looking for, a card holder that could handle the occasional bill or two. What you see is really it, 4 card slots with a divided middle for bills. The criticisms I have are that the card slots seem a bit tight for heavier metal cards. I hope this will loosen a bit with time, but I found only having 3 cards the right amount before the wallet would start to fan ever so slightly in the middle. Another super minor thing is the slight uneven diagonal card slots are not the same height. One is a millimeter or two higher on the lower sloped angle. As mentioned before, very slight issues that don't really affect the use but are nice to know about. For me, I have 4 cards in the wallet, 3 in card slots and 1 in the middle. I then keep some cash in the remaining card slot. This is not really the intended configuration and the reason I left off one star for the review. Overall though, it does hold what it claims, and I am sure will maintain its form much longer than a typical leather wallet.Hope this review is helpful, and so far I am really enjoying the wallet.

Took this on a recent holiday trip and it was just the thing for storing my essential cards that I needed for travel. It's so slim and easy to slip in a pocket or sling. The fit is tight so there isn't a fear of a card accidentally slipping out.

Has 4 card slots, 2 on each side. Center pocket can fit at most 2 more cards, or 1 card and cash. Everything was tight but after a few days it is starting to break in, will probably be a little while more before it isn't as difficult to pull cards out and out them back.Very much digging the X-Pac material, everytime I pick it up or grab from my pockets, my fingertips are delighted.Also digging the size of it, there is no extra bulk or material besides what is needed. Very similar to the Hershel Charlie wallet, but that one has a lot of excess material all the way around. This one is no more larger than it needs to be, it is very satisfying to pick up.I personally cut the little thread on the open side that is there to keep it slim. I found that that allowed me to better use the center pocket. The sides will stay stiff enough to keep the center tight as long as you use all 4 card slots. I don't think Alpaka intended for you to cut it, but it makes it better in my opinion.

The advertised six cards and adding about 5 bills in the center are close to the maximum even as it loosens up. Cards will never slip out. It costs a bit more than the other popular and best selling, similarly patterned card wallets. The edges are precision aligned and the stitching seems perfectly uniform with no stray threads sticking out and not an odd stitch. Love the olive and orange contrast. The patterned textured material feels with subtly stylish looks for a rugged, weatherproof, nylon like fabric. I am pleased that I got the step up in craftsmanship and style I was hoping for when I ordered it. And it still doesn’t break the bank.

If you're looking for a beautiful slim card wallet then this is it. I have tons of different style card wallets from a range of different brands and I have to say this is my favorite one and will be in my EDC for a long time. I love leather wallets but the material on this feels very premium and the accent orange color inside the card wallet is very nice touch and gives it a pop. I recommend only using 5 cards for this wallet if you plan on not using the center pocket for cash. If you carry cash then 4 would be the max. Any more than that and you'll have a hard time getting your cards out. That's fine with me because I don't carry a lot of cards with me and it defeats the purpose of having a slim minimalist wallet. They have a couple more colors on their site than just the black and dark green here on amazon but I highly recommend this wallet and this brand in general!
