We've finally received a working Super Automatic Espresso Machine to replace our old one. We've been using these style coffee delivery solutions for decades. This machine is fantastic. Once we tuned the grinder to our liking, the machine delivered excellent brews with consistent pucks. The smell of freshly ground coffee being brewed to order never gets old. The system is straightforward to use and very customizable for each drink option. I highly recommend the milk sidecar option for easy creation of those beverage types. The machine uses a higher level of water than our previous machine, but it is immaculate when it is done rinsing. The noise is minimal, but not non-existent. Refilling the tank is complicated because it's located at the back of the unit, which ends up being under our kitchen cabinets, making it difficult to lift out and replace once filled. But, that's not a show stopper. So far, we are happy with the vendor and their product.

Love that the Cafe Bueno has all my favorite coffee drinks: Espresso, Lungo, Americano, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Latte, Latte Macchiato, & Flat White. Haven't been to Starbucks since I got this coffee machine. Anytime I had a question on settings & on how to do the descaling the company emailed me right away. Great Service.

Worst machine you will ever buy. Don’t waste your time and money. The milk frother stopped working a week after using. Started the return and now the ups return is delayed. My money won’t be returned until the item is received on their end.

The media could not be loaded. We first saw this machine at one of our friends houses and instantly feel in love with it. It truly makes professional grade coffee at home. There are plenty of drink options to choose from, our favorite is the Latte, but all of them are great! We also love the hot water option so that we can make tea, or hot chocolate for the kids. We are so glad we invested in one of these machines. It has definitely saved us time and money since we don’t have to go to the coffee shop in the mornings anymore. It literally takes less than two minutes from the machine being asleep to when I have a cup of coffee in my hand (see the video we posted). We would have spent more time waiting in line at the local coffee shop. Now our friends come to our house and have the same experience that we did……they end up buying one too! The maintenance on this machine is very easy. I’d say that we clean out the bottom tray every 4 days or so. I guess I shouldn’t use the word “clean” because all we have to do is empty the waste coffee ground bin into the trash can and dump the water out of the drip tray. It couldn’t be simpler. We have noticed that the bottom tray fills up more quickly if we have the sleep mode turned to 30 minutes since the machine will perform a rinse cycle on power up and shutdown, but this isn’t a problem for us. We recommend preheating your milk or mug if you are the type of person that likes your coffee super hot (some of our friends figured this out while at our house), but we have been happy with the temperature of all the drinks. We’ve had to reach out to Cafe Bueno once with a question and they responded very quickly with the information that we needed. The customer service with this company is AMAZING! I can’t recommend this machine enough.

Machine is great - we did have a problem about 10 months in with the ginder and a "fill beans" note after EVERY cup. I emailed Cafe Bueno and almost IMMEDIATELY had a response. Stephanie and I went back and forth a bit to figure out the details. We figured out that the ginder just needed to be cleaned. Stephanie sent a tutorial and it was super easier to follow. I got the ginder cleaned, and the machine is back to working perfectly, and no fill beans note anymore!

I purchased this machine almost a year ago. I loved the software interface and it made good espresso. However, after 10 months of heavy use, the machine started freezing at the start up screen. I contacted the company for a warranty repair and they responded immediately. I was within the warranty period but beyond the usage limit (1000 servings). The company stood behind their product and fixed the problem anyway. Great customer support!

This is a fantastic machine for making a variety of drinks with little effort. However - the espresso light went out after 15 days of use, so i returned the machine. I liked the ease of use. However, as another user commented - the coffee is not hot enough, even when changing temperature setting. I always heated my cup with water in the microwave before using for my coffee. I did need to adjust for the size of coffee beans, which I saw on the Amazon site so the the 'fill beans' indicator did not come on when there bean hopper was full. Some mentioned the amount of water used. This was not a problem for me. I prefer that to the machine getting gummed up or have milk go sour in it. Since one selection went bad in such a short time, I was concerned that others would wear out - and it would be after the return date. I would love to have another machine since I drink different coffee drinks throughout the day. However, at the price for this machine, I am not willing to take the chance.
