Truly excellent customer service
US Mobile plan pricing is excellent for people who just want a flip phone for emergencies. And the customer service has been outstanding.I've been working with them to port a number in from another company, and then subsequently port the number out to a land line, while keeping service with US Mobile on another number.It's been a long and ridiculous process with 5 or 6 attempts to port the number and at least double that many chats and phone calls. The new provider seems to be making mistakes in the port request every single time. US Mobile support has been available within less than a minute by chat or phone, 24/7. And with one exception, the reps seem to be excellent communicators and technically competent. That's pretty amazing for any support these days.They are not US based, Pakistan maybe. But their English skills are excellent considering. Better than many native English speakers I've talked with in US based support centers.

Throttled video on Unlimited and Custom plans on Super LTE ; CS lies and say they don't.
Their unlimited and custom plans on Super LTE (Verizon), throttles video at 4Mbps. Confirmed this multiple times across iPhones and Android devices. I sent screenshots and the data throttling to their support. They just reiterated "they don't throttle" when they clearly do. Their CS is friendly but completely unknowledgeable on their own product.If you're just looking for coverage then it's fine, otherwise may want to try a different Verizon MVNO that knows what the hell they're actually selling.

Easy setup. Quality service
Setup on my Verizon iPhone was easy. Once I received the SIM card, installed it and transferred my phone number I was up and running—in under 30 minutes. And the savings per month—priceless! I get the same reception as I did when on the Verizon post-paid plan.

Cheap backup to my daily phone
I have two subscriptions to US mobile. One for my mom’s flip phone and one for a backup phone that I carry in my car. Each is less than $8/month — much better than any other carrier.

Total loss!
Don't buy this! I recieved the sim and followed the instructions on their website..I selected the unlimited plan with hotspot..I waited for 2 days and my card wasn't activated...I called customer service and they couldn't help..they said everything is Ok and I should be able to make calls.. but that wasn't the case! I gave up after 3 days and switched to another company..

Control with us.
Great to find something is customized for me. I can decide how much I need to pay for my use . I recommend everyone to try this as we must have control over our pocket.

US Mobile SIM Card - Great and Fast Sign-up options $7 and up.
Using for backup phone. Can select many different service options and change them from month to month as needs change. Use 4G LTE version for access to Verizon network.
