Oypla Headway PRO Electric Powered Digital Golf Trolley

Bought for me as a present. Folds up quite small and easy to assemble, Has 9 speed settings. 6 to 7 is the max you want to go as 9 is a slight jog. Don't put it on 9 and let go of the handle as you will end up running after the thing it is that quick. Has 3 distance settings 10, 20 and 30 metres so you can push one of these and it will stop when it gets to the distance dialed in but do not do this downhill as it will just keep going and you will have to run after it again. Don't ask how I know these things! Battery charges over night and lasts the full 18 holes plus more even on a hilly course. The only thing I would like to have seen is a set of winter tyres come with it. The tread on the tyres is slick so I bought a set of Hedgehog tyres (£22) which I fitted for the winter conditions. All in all for the price a really good electric golf trolley. Update. Now been running the trolley for 7 months. Trolley still good but the battery and charger have started to over heat. The battery has deformed so has become dangerous as the sides have bowed out. I think there is something wrong with the charger as it should turn off once the correct charge has been reached but it does not so the battery and charger are overheating. I have reported this to the company and so far have been told this is normal. This is far from NORMAL and is verging on a very dangerous fire hazard. Will update once the company have made their decision on what to do.

The trolley is an excellent value and runs well. Unfortunately, parts for the umbrella holder were missing. I contacted the supplier and they did not have spares or a replacement so wanted me to return the trolley for a full refund which I declined as the trolley was otherwise good. Update: I have now been using my trolley for over a year playing 2 to 3 times a week even through the winter. The trolley is still going well and would still recommend it....

Completely and utterly useless. Fully charged the battery and took it out yesterday for the 1st time. After 3 holes I had to push it !! The trolley would not even go on the flat. All the lights on the controller were lit up, but as I said, the trolley would not go. Not fit for purpose. As the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice !!

This is a copy of the mail I sent to Oypia on 01/07/14 and a reminder on 08/08/14 and at this time I have not received a response. My main concerns are-: With the bag of clubs on the trolley, some of the clubs touches the frame of the trolley and is annoying whilst playing. To prevent this happening, I fitted a makeshift polystyrene spacer in order to increase the gap between the clubs and frame of the trolley The scorecard holder is too small for the average scorecard and therefore it is not suitable for purpose. With the Umbrella holder and Scorecard holder fitted to the trolley, it is very cluttered and poorly designed. After using the scorecard holder on two occasions the flimsy pencil holder broke. I did mention this to Jason on 26 June and he was to look into supplying a replacement but I have not had any further information. The thumb screws for securing the umbrella holder are too short and only just engages with the mating clamp. For the concerns I have listed above these aspects of the trolley are not suitable for purpose. I would kindly ask that you view the photographs I have attached and give some consideration to the concerns I have raised. I would be interested to receive your findings.

Great value for money does the same as the more expensive trolley's easy to set up and delivery was exsepionaly quick .Great buy

A good solid trolley and great value for the money. Only negative is the shape of the handle which means the smaller clubs are tricky to access from the front pockets
