We had nice deep bun tins already but found for mince pies we were better with a shallow bun tin to allow the pastry to spread out a little. Nice budget tins, fit the bill.

j'aime utiliser ces moules en dur qui, bien graissés, n'ont rien à envier aux moules en silicones. Ils sont parfaits pour de nombreuses préparations farcies ou non, et le fait qu'ils conduisent la chaleur accélère la cuisson. Je recommande
