Reebok Men's Crossfit Nano Speed Training Shoe

This shoe fits beautifully and has plenty of padding on the insole (kinda feels like memory foam). I have had these since August 2015 and can still wear them all day without discomfort, which is a big problem for me as I have fallen arches. Aesthetically, they're really attractive. I love the color! It's bright, sunny yellow rather than that neon yellow that most other shoes seem use. The color is true to the picture shown and I honestly have no complaints. I wear these to work, to the gym and also when I go on vacation and do 16+ hr. days at various theme parks. I gotta hand it Reebok, they make damn good shoes.In a somewhat related note, I have also bought Reebok Men's Z Dual Rush Running Shoe, Red Rush/Black/White, 10.5 M US and although they don't really have anything in common, both fit fantastic. I am very impressed with Reebok.

For use in Crossfit, these are comparable to the Nanos, but have more cushion. That could be a good or bad thing for you, depending on your main usage. I find them to be a bit too springy in lifting, but great for running.

I bought these as gym shoes, and when I'm in the gym I don't really care if my shoes are attracting stares. These are designed with crossfit in mind, so this means a durable/stable sole and a low drop (difference in height from heel to toe). So far these have held up just fine for running and stable enough for heavy squats/deadlifts. There seems to be some reinforcement on the sides of the solve for rope climbing, but I can't comment on whether it works or not. The entire shoe is basically made from mesh, so ventilation is good and your feet stay cool and don't smell as bad at the end of workouts.There isn't much arch support, so you may want something else if you're interested in only running, but if you have a good mix of running and lifting, these perform well.

More like a 3.5...These are a good cushioned fit, though there isn't much arch support. They are cut a little narrow in the instep but it works for a narrower foot. Based on other reviews, I can understand how the design might be bothersome for a wider foot as there is a piece of material right in that area.They are also more yellow than the neon I expected, still overall a great purchase for the price.

The best overall performing shoe i've owned. These have a solid flat sole for crossfit, cross training, weight lifting and are light enough for running and cardio. If you are looking for a shoe for one specific thing like running or just weight lifting there are better options out there. This shoe is extremely versatile and can handle a variety of work outs. It's the second pair i've bought because i like them so much.

I ordered a 9. I feel good but a little larger than others mark.

Best all around gym shoe I've ever owned. I have had better running shoes, but then those are not great for weightlifting. I have had better weightlifting shoes, but those are not great for running. These shoes walk that line perfectly. Disclaimer: I have not run more than two miles at a time in these, I don't know how they would do over a long distance, but I have no problem walking all day in them.

The shoes are made with good quality material. My complaint is that they are not well supported at the sides. When I am lifting heavy, my feet slide to the sides and the shoe does not provide proper support. For other fitness applications, like running or moderatr lifting, they are good.
