Fan is good,matte color, speed, air delivery and overall build is upto mark. It's been 3 months I'm using this fan and not a single complaint against fan. Also use continuously for more than 60 hours and find ni issue regarding heat or performance drop. Fan canopy looks fragile and tricky to setup perfectly. It also attract less dust than other fans. It's also little small compared to traditional 1200mm fan while blade are same lenth. But the problem start with remote, overall bulid quality of remote seems like cheap toys. Plastic feels low and looks hollow. I also have a atomberg fan and comparing both remote the atomberg is 10x more good than this. There's only single beep when you press any button for indication so you only can guess if you enable or disable any function. Still can't figure out how timers and sleep function works, It's always a hit or miss. Remote dropped once from table(about 2 feet height) and broke. So overall fan is good but remote has to be better. Good colour Alexa control With remote

Worst Fan in the Segment of Smart it was mentioned. It won't work Smart, It won't connect the Fan in their own Crompton Senze App. It won't connect in Alexa App. I can only be used with the remote provided and it got damaged within 2days. Even though it was replaced by crompton service but the App functionality doesn't work. They are still in the App developing process. It won't even connect through Bluetooth too. Very bad App Experience. If u don't want App feature u can go for it but u need to take care of the remote as there won't be fan regulator as it is a BLDC Fan. It's a smart Fan without Smart.

Speaker controlled action.comes with a remote which works super good. Speed can be varied in 5 steps.size n opal white colour of the fan is also appreciable.crompton makes an impressive entry in mine house.using remote to operate cans makes your life look super cool.

Pretty good fan. Does the job. Looks minumal and normal, nothing too fancy nor too ugly. But has some issue with linking with alexa. As its mentioned alexa compatible, I bought it but then theres some issue with Crompton SENZE the crompton app and it doesn't really work well with Amazon Alexa app. Nevertheless, atomberg is better although a little bit pricey. We'll Crompton didnt let me down eitherway, the remote works surprisingly well and the app also works well, but just had this one issue with linking and pairing, it just said "device is unresponsive" on the alexa app lol

It was good for first 2 weeks and having no issues with. Very clear and good performance initial days Later the problem arises in it, I heard a strange sharp noise from the fan it was increased when we keep in mode1 , 2 and in hyper mode the sound usually goes off or stopped. Frankly the sound is very disturbing in the silent hours at night the irritating sound ruined sleep and hyper mode is the only mode with no sounds and noise, very disturbing with 1,2,3,4even 5th modes . 👎 I don't recommend any more Quality is ok but sound 😡 irritating night and disturbing with noise Very loud and sharp noise.
