Brilliant collar, clip to flimsy
Does what it's supposed to do. Stopped my 1 year old Labrador from pulling. Only problem is the carabena clip on the back broke, it was so flimsy.

Total game changer 🙌
Game changer! Only have a 4.6kg toy poodle, but he pulled like a good en. Totally hyper because he was pulling, which when we walked by other dogs he would bark and carry on, really to greet them, no other reason. This collar has changed him, he barely reacts when we see another dog, because he's not hyper with pulling. Just walked the calmest 4.5 mile in his 2 yrs of life lol. Thank you!!

It does stop pulling!!!!
Whilst not perfect this collar does do what it says it will. If you have a dog that pulls it does stop pulling. We have a 7 stone Labrador who can pull me over and with this on he does not pull!! Obviously there’s a but, the collar works like reins when your dog pulls the reins tighten and he stops pulling. But if you have a smart dog they realise that if they stop pulling and actually slow down the reins loosen and he can bat it off his nose. Our dog does this several times during a walk. It is fairly easy to put back on. Another issue is the reins are quite flimsy, the first collar we bought the rein snapped putting it on so if your dog struggles with it once it’s on there is a risk of them damaging it. We did get a new collar when this happened (it was frayed so think this didn’t help) it was sent out before the return had even been received so very happy with customer service. Lastly there’s clips to fasten the reins up if you are letting the dog off lead but they do hang down again there’s risk of the collar snapping or the dog getting injured. Obviously you can remove the collar while off lead but if your dog is a nightmare like mine putting it back on during the walk will be a grief. In summary if your issue is your dog pulls forward while walking then this is the perfect solution. If like my dog they walk forwards, backwards, diagonally and upside down then it will create other issues but I will say it’s the best product I’ve found for stopping pulling todate.

Unfortunatley, not for me.
I purchased three Canny Collars for my 3 poodles, 2 toys and one toy/miniature cross. After looking at the sizes and measuring the dogs, the size 1 would fit the 2 smaller dogs and the size 2 would fit the larger dog. Out of the packet the collars were made to a very high standard out of good quality material. I was quite surprised that the thickness and width of the material/webbing and the size of the rather large buckle was not scaled down to correspond with the difference in size of the 2 collars. The buckle in particular was very big and heavy for the small dogs that it was suggested it would fit and I had gone by accurate measurements to determine size. I noted also that the part that goes around the dog's nose and then goes on to be attached to the lead was the same length in the different sizes. When using the collars 2 dogs were already using head collars and were happy to wear the new collars, but trying to get them to stay on 1 dog while fitting onto a second dog, let alone a third dog is nigh on impossible. I resorted to using a peg to keep some tension on and to stop the nose piece falling off. The third dog had not worn a head collar so I expected it to be strange for her, but I feel that the sheer weight of the collar, exacerbated by the very large metal buckle made it just too uncomfortable for her to wear, she would only walk a few yards then sit down and have to be coaxed to walk a few more yards, during this time the tension would come off the other dog's nose pieces and fall off their noses, pegs having been removed by now, and I would have to refit all nose pieces because by now the tension had come of the third dog's nose piece while I was refitting the other two. After a few days I decided to take the third dog out by herself for a few days to get her used to the collar, but she would not accept the heaviness and would not walk more than a few yards with it on. The length of the straps continually came over her head when she fell back behind me because the lead had to be not slack to keep the nose piece on. After 2 weeks of this I gave up and bought a lighter headcollar so that she could enjoy her walks again, as any dog should. The other 2 dogs were still using the Canny Collar and they do definitely do the job, but I have given up with them due to the sheer hard work of fitting them to 2 dogs, having to use pegs to keep tension on so that the nose piece does not slip off one dog while fitting the collar onto the other dog and constantly having to check that they are in position if one dog falls behind slightly and the lead slackens too much, allowing the nose piece to fall off. In conclusion these collars work well but, in my opinion, only for people who walk one dog and whose dog's necks have the strength to tolerate a heavy collar.

Best anti pull collar you can buy safe and kind total control
I'm disabled and use an electric wheelchair i have a Belgium Sheppard and she wears a harness as trained to walk with the chair but on occasions will have a pull if a squirrel goes past and can pull hard I have added this to the walk and it's amazing I have used them in the past with great success with my jack Russell and it worked on him brilliantly. It's not hard to fit on the dog and is secure in place if she wants to pull it over her nose she can but that's when we have stopped talking on our walks but once rolling again I have total control of her head and it's easy to just slip it back over her nose my dog is trained to walk with the wheelchair she still has her harness on so when she is on her extension lead I just clip the canny collar around her neck and she is free to have a mooch around then it's back on her walking lead next to the wheelchair with her canny collar on its given me a lot more confidence and control and it's a gentle way of working your dog very happy and totally recommend it. I have tried the Julius K9 harness the stop pull halti harness but none have work for that extra control and the halti head collar can cause neck injury as it pulls your dog's head to the side all the time but this head collar just pulls her nose down to her chest to deter her from pulling keeping her head and neck in line so no chance of injury to you dog a vet recommend them to me years ago my jack Russell is 18 years old and it helped him as a pup to stop pulling as he is a typical jack Russ a bit stubborn to train but it worked he walks great now and so does my Belgium Sheppard especially when squirrels are around it.
