I bought this drone for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, the battery wouldn’t charge, Amazon replaced the whole unit plus the company was standing behind the unit with constant assistance, very pleasant assistance I might add. The replacement drone came and the battery charged beautifully, unfortunately the weather prevented us from test flight until today and I have to say my fiancé and I were extremely impressed. I can’t wait until it’s my turn to play with it!! 😁. There was a little bit of wind and it still worked great and as for picture quality, I don’t see how anyone can complain about it, because the picture looks like the same thing in person!! I would highly recommend this drone and this company.

Like the product very well. There was a very tiny problem with something, But I contacted the company and they very professional and willing to take care of the problem without hesitation.

Very happy with product. Purchased as a gift for my 32 year old son...he loved it! Battery would not hold a charge short time after purchase..called Amazon & manufacturer..new battery arrived within 3 days...Customer service with both companies was great!

brand new out of the box. Lights stay red. Not blinking. won't pair at all. tried everything nothing. unfortunately I waited to long for return. went on their site. no support no contact number. warning do not buy!

This is a very nice drone is made well and from what I experienced already the Lakers of this drone they're right on top of things when you have questions they get right back to you I haven't had any problems with this drone it flies very good although I did crash at once and held up pretty good so you need to look into it and get yourself one

I noticed that it drifts could’ve been a better GPS unit. Other than that it’s OK.

I purchased the drone as a fun toy to have around. I unboxed the drone and followed all of the directions for setting up the drone, calibrating the drone, and pairing it to the remote control and my iPhone. While there were a lot of steps (that have to be repeated every time you use the drone), they are not really dofficult. The first flight took me a few minutes to actally get the drone off the ground because I missed a step in the instructions. Once it was off the ground i flew it around the are at about 25 feet off the ground and then used the return to home buttong to have it come back and land. I discovered that this drone does not have any obstacle avoidance capabilities and hit a tree limb nearly fell to the grass but recovered and landed safely. I then let my teen daughter attempt to fly it, and she immediately flew it into a tree and got it stuck. It eventually fell to the ground, but was somehow damaged and would not fly anymore. I did all the troubleshooting that I could do and finally contacted the company who are sending a replacement drone. The drone is fitted with a camera that has remote tilit capabilites and the drone is suppsed to have other functions like hover, follow me, and circle the area, but I did not get to test any of those functions. If there is anything more to tell with the second drone, I will update this at a later date, but for now I cannot say that I would reccomend this drone. UPDATE: So I got the replacement drone from Amazon the next day. I spent the entire day trying to get the drone to fly. Unfortunately after starting from scratch (uninstalling the app on my phone and deleting the previously paired drone from the WiFi) I followed the instructions step-by-step several times, and could never even get the drone to go into a launchable status. Eventually I gave up and have sent the drone back to Amazon. This morning I did get an email from the manufacturer who offered an immediate full refund. From a customer service perspective, while it is disappointing that the drones would not work or me, the company did step up and do the right thing by offering an immediate resolution outside of Amazon. As much as I wanted the drone to work, I just couldn't in good conscious reccomend this drone.
