Perfect for Little Hands and Big Adventures!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Perfect for Little Hands and Big Adventures! We’ve been on the hunt for the perfect kids’ cup, and the Owala Insulated Kids Cup is hands down a winner. It’s the ideal blend of kid-friendly design, spill-proof features, and long-lasting insulation. The size is just right for my child — not too bulky, but it still holds enough water to get through school or a playdate. The lid is secure and leakproof, even when it’s tossed into a backpack or dropped on the ground (which, let’s be honest, happens often). I also love the flip-up straw — it’s easy for little ones to use and keeps things clean and mess-free.The insulation is impressive too — drinks stay cold for hours, which is perfect for summer outings. Plus, the cup is super easy to clean, with no weird parts that trap gunk or mold. The fun, vibrant colors are a bonus — my kid actually gets excited to use it, and I no longer have to remind them to stay hydrated. Win-win.Highly recommend for parents looking for a durable, safe, and well-designed kids cup that’s built.

Toddler Sized Owala... Really!
We bought this for our 14-month-old son because the sippy cups he had (Munchkin), while a great idea, were not well built and leaked everywhere no matter how you put the lid on. This cup though is pretty dang great. The only time it "leaks" is when he puts it on the floor on its side and water comes back out the straw. It's a perfect size for his little hands; he loves to carry it around. He is still getting the hang of not having to tip it up but is getting better every time he uses it (he uses a regular sippy for milk with no straw). Also, as a note - I did see someone say that the middle part starts to mold if you don't clean it - it DOES pop out, you just have to work at it a little bit. We don't give our son anything but water and milk (but only water in this cup), so it's not as big a deal for us since there's no sugar or sticky in it, but I wash it anyway. Thinking about getting a second one just to have as a backup, but it's still an Owala and a little pricier than I'd like to continue to spend. Overall, though, very happy with the purchase!

Excellent toddler water bottle
We love the Owala brand in this house. We have been buying it since 2020. So when it was time to buy our son a water bottle, we immediately looked at Owala. The quality is always excellent. It has been thrown from the high chair, stroller, and car seat- and has survived everytime. We love that it is entirely dishwasher-safe, stainless steal on the inside, and has a flexible external straw. So he can walk and drink at the same time without fear of impalement. It’s easy for him to drink from. It doesn’t leak in the diaper bag and it’s cute.

Great cup!
I purchased this after buying the zak Kelso tumbler. So far I do like this one a little better. I find it doesn’t leak (same as zak) but I appreciate the more neutral colors and ergonomics. I feel like this one is a little narrower. I find it is easier for my 17month old son to hold. I would buy another one.

Love it, but remember to remove the straw top when cleaning!!
This little cup and slowly risen to be my son’s favorite water cup. Initially it was hard to suck but that eased up and he got used to it. It has taken quite a few falls and barely has any dents. He just turned 2. I love that it’s stainless steel, mostly plastic free, and doesn’t leak. One thing to note: there was no directions to take off the straw top when cleaning so I had NO idea you could or how to. I probably tried in the beginning but it looks so solid. Anyways until I saw another review talk about mold i had no idea, I googled a video (by Owala) showing you have to push down on the straw too top to get it off (soapy water helps) and easily did it. No mold here but again it’s only his water cup and I still use his old bottle sanitizer for all his sippy cups. So for those of you who were clueless like me, take that top off.

Used to be my #1. A few issues with frequent mold/sludge, and kids chewing through straws
I have purchased 3 of these for my kids. They have been my favorite leak proof kids tumblers. They are well made, and the silicone straw is great. HOWEVER, I use these as in the car waterbottles and we live in the PNW (not sure if this makes a difference), but after a while I noticed that a black sludge (mold?) kept settling/growing on the edges of the silicone part. I have soaked them in bleach water, put them in the dish washer etc, taken all the parts apart etc, and it keeps coming back. This is not the fault of the company of course, but I've decided we cant use these anymore because I think there is something about the nature of the large silicone peice on top. We have multiple owala free sips and ive never noticed this happening to those bottles. So I've chalked it up to something with the silicone topper plus our environment. ( not sure if others have this issue)The other issue we ran into is that both our kids eventually chewed through the straw so that it was no longer leak proof. Which was still fine since they didnt leak unless tipped over. But Owala doesn't offer a replacement part for that Middle silicone part that the top straw is connected to.Besides these things. We really liked this bottle for our kids, but have concluded they are not usable anymore. We will be trying out Owalas new flip top lids. I would love to see their company make flip top lids available as a replacement part, becuase the tumbler bottoms fit their regular free sip lids.So that's also a plus. Once the kids are done with the straw top, the stainless steel cup fits a regular free sip lid, which you can purchase as a replacement part.

No spills!
The best cup for toddlers who love to drink out of a straw! It keeps the ice cold all day. There are also no spills! This is the first cup that I reach for when we are leaving the house!

Toddler approved!!
I love this cup for my toddler. It’s bpa free and stainless steel which are really important to me when it comes to the products I give my child. I love the colors. It withstands the constant drops and throws of my toddler. The only complaint is the valve in the straw is quite strong. It is not easy to sip like it is advertised.
