Love but the small is very small.I have side 7.5 feet and my feet were too big. Love the pain though and believe it truly helps.

Great value for money provides pain relief and simultaneously gives one good energy. I bought for myself but now the entire family enjoys. Easy to use and great design.

I received my Mat 2 days ago and finally unboxed it just a little bit ago. I did read reviews that said it caused way too much pain so I had a bit of concern about that but when I stepped on it, yes but, there was pain, but the pain was bearable and in a way it felt efficient if that makes sense. I will not even ask my husband to stand on it because his feet are very sensitive and I know that he would absolutely be in major pain even if he just rested his feet on it while sitting down. He just has very sensitive feet. I stood on it for probably at least 20 seconds at which point my dog came up behind me and jumped on my back pushing me over. LOL. I had a very difficult time balancing but was actually doing it and I look forward to further use of this product as I do believe it's going to help. I will be back to redo in a couple of weeks.

The media could not be loaded. I would recommend this product if you work a sitting desk job like me it relieves pain in your feet and in your legs, works for all ages. For people who are having trouble standing on it fully, try using it sitting down first and then work your way up, I press my feet against it when I’m watching tv on my couch before I go to bed. My feet is size 8 women’s and I got medium.

Bought it as a birthday gift for my dad. He loves it, especially when sitting down. Standing can be painful for him, but he still enjoys the relaxation it brings.

This foot reflexology board really works! I noticed immediate relief throughout my body. It will take some time getting used to if you have not used it before, but with consistent use it gets easier to stand on.
