I purchased this griddle to cook bacon with. It is perfect for that, cooks other meats well also. Even heat distribution. I really like the construction, very well made, there are NO bolt heads inside the cooking surface for food to stick to like other pans. Wooden handles don’t transfer heat especially important for glass lids. Very slick surface, easy to clean. Impressed enough that I replaced most all of my other pots and pans with Sensarte. Directions say to season with oil for longevity, so don’t skip this step. One item not currently offered I would like to see added is a square griddle with smooth level surface for cooking eggs/omelets. I would purchase again.

Just used the grill pan today to grill shrimp. Successful, but I did overcook the shrimp. Not the pan's fault. I am new to grilling. One thing...the pan heats up very quickly. I brushed on oil to keep the shrimp from sticking. A drop of water fizzled in just a couple of minutes. I will need to practice. I wanted primarily for seafood, fish, tofu, and vegetables. I am glad they make these pans. I have no room to store a portable grill and I don't want an outside grill. My stove is gas. I read about grill pans. I wanted something not too expensive and light weight. I have a cast iron wok, and it is heavy. This is light but sturdy. It cleans up very easily in the sink in soap and water. The handle screwed on easily and a screwdriver was provided. I hope it will last a long time. I may try the salmon next.

Love this grilling pan for searing steak and veggies. It’s easy to clean without having to scrub. Food residue washes off easily. Great price and shipped fast. Pan requires seasoning but only takes a few minutes. Would definitely buy again.

Great modern Day cookware with non-sick surface It’s my favorite

The SENSARTE 11" ceramic grill pan cooks beautifully - heats evenly, the ridges give good sear marks, pour spouts are handy, and cleanup is easy. I also appreciate the PTFE/PFAS/PFOA-free coating. However, mine arrived with a small chip on the handle (see photo). Since I shipped it to the Cayman Islands via a US carrier, returning or exchanging it would be expensive, so I’m keeping it - but docking one star for the damage. If they improve the packaging/inspection, this would be an easy 5-star pan.

I received this grill pan and was very happy with it. Just the right size and weight for me to handle. I seasoned it per instructions and have used it once. It did the job nicely.

I've been replacing my old metal and non-stick coated cookware with ceramic coated cookware, and this is one of my favorite items. It's safe of any toxic materials, and is so versatile for grilling just about anything. It's big but fits on a burner and cooks evenly. Even when the pan looks like it's going to have some stuck-on sauce, it doesn't--it all just about slides off. Plus the grill lines are perfect and you'd swear you were eating something cooked outside on a propane grill. These ceramics are the best for cooking but also clean up like a dream. Replace your old pans with ceramics. No need to buy the expensive Caraway brand. RedChef, OXO, and Sensarte make great pans--I have a couple from each line. Try just one, and you'll see the difference. I used to kind of dread cooking and the clean-up especially, but now it's fun. I never thought cookware could make such a difference, but it has.

I really like this grill pan. The ceramic nonstick surface works very well and food doesn’t stick, which makes cooking and cleaning much easier. It heats evenly and gives nice grill marks on vegetables, chicken, and meat. The pan also looks beautiful and feels sturdy. The handle is comfortable and the size is perfect for everyday cooking. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely love this grilling fry pan. It does give nice grill lines to the meat and I like that the pan is made from safe ingredients and not hazardous ones. I find medium high heat works best . Wash up is a breeze. No scouring or dishwasher required! I wish mine would have been on sale when I bought it but I am just happy to have it in my kitchen. I threw out all my old nonstick pans and replaced them with others from this line and they are all fantastic. Nice knowing the food I am cooking is not leaching potentially nasty chemicals into our food or home. Highly recommend them.

No stick no fumes cooks evenly. Best I have ever used!

Poor quality. The handles burn, pans stain, and enamel chips off. Don’t buy.

I received a used pan. It was in extreme poor quality. Quickly returned it. Would not order again
