PATTERN Beauty by Tracee Ellis Ross Edge Control w Mango Seed Butter for Curly Hair

I ordered this hair gel not knowing if it was good. I was presently surprised with the results. The smell is pleasant, there’s no flaking and it holds. I actually ordered another jar just so I didn’t run out.

This works!. Smells nice, doesn’t dry hair, no flaking.

The first I tried this pomade was from a purchase at Ulta and I loved it but for some reason this container seems to have a lot more oil in it so it's much less pomade like and isn't keeping my edges down. :-( I'm a bit confused about why my first container was the opposite consistency. This purchase go round really made me reconsider my overall interest and likeness and I'm not going to lie, I'm not really feeling that. I truly wanted to love Pattern for this. more importantly, I wanted to support the brand in its entirety. Nonetheless, I atleast had A great experience with it even if it wasn't this time around. :-)

The hold is so great!! I use this when I do my own Havana twists or when I just do a simple slick back style and it doesn’t fall. The smell is delicious and I never get tired of it. And I’m surprised this product is so cost effective for what you’re getting!! Texture is lovely, & it doesnt turn white!!!!!
