Great book!

Dont waste your money. Nothing at all new to anyone that has even a small interest in Def Leppard. It is effectively just one persons views and reviews that mean nothing new. The personal stories are completely superfluous .

I did not have high expectations for this book but the insight provided by the author is refreshing given that he worked for a record company and thus not only had privileged access but his commentary is unique. Yet this isn't about a fan gushing about how great the band is. This is about someone who can correlate his music industry experience in an objective manner as he dissects and analyzes the band. I especially enjoyed the chapters about his deep analysis into certain songs and a thorough critique of every studio album. I found myself nodding my head in agreement with his opinions, reaffirming my passion and knowledge of the band is sympatico with the author. Great purchase. You won't regret it.
