All of his meal plans just state to take his shakes and supplements that he sells on his website and never shows how to figure out a good nutritional meal plan for myself or anyone else that ...
If you are someone that is just starting out and doesn't have too much experience in weightlifting/nutrition then the books is helpful... I'm pass that point and just trying go RAW EATING and keep what I have and build some more...I tried reaching out to the author THOR and asked to clarify of how I can figure out my needed MACROS but after weeks still no reply..The author states a lot of information regarding foods etc. but he never talks about how to figure out needed macros to build muscle according to height/weight.. He only talks about names of certain raw foods you can utilize.. All of his meal plans just state to take his shakes and supplements that he sells on his website and never shows how to figure out a good nutritional meal plan for myself or anyone else that doesn't want to or can't afford his expensive particular food supplements..... After much research and hearing soo much about this book,I was really excited that I could be healthy and continue to build muscle eating all RAW VEGAN meals... According to the research and hearing about this book,I did not receive what I expected....expecting much more than the book stated..

The book I have was copyrighted in 1998, alot has chnged since then. Save your money.
