It is one of the most comfortable headsets I have ever worn. To the point that I forget it is even on my head half the time. It holds tight enough to stay on your head when you look down at a 60- to 80-degree angle, but the earpiece is so soft that you don't feel any pressure against your ear. And your ear doesn't get hot. The sound quality is excellent. As others have said, the buttons are difficult to feel where they are. But they are spaced out enough that you don't accidentally confuse one for another. I haven't heard anyone complain about the voice quality, and I use them at work, calling into Teams and Zoom meetings, as well as taking business calls in an office, and at home to talk to people on Discord or Steam Chat. The battery life is quite impressive. The company says 20 hours, but I am getting closer to 36-40 hours per charge. As said, I use the same headset at work and at home, and I am prompted to charge it maybe once every week and a half. I have only had it for about 4 months so I will update if anything changes.

Bought this headset in November of 2023. So far: No issues with connectivity. Long lasting battery. Charges fast. Audio clarity is great. Light weight. Highly recommend.

Are you still on a Blue Parrot headset a decade ago and I've always missed it when it finally broke, so I shopped around for something similar... After checking out about a dozen similar units on Amazon I ordered two including this one. (The other one failed, because as some people reviewed, the buttons were too small and flat to the surface so they were hard to find blind...) I'm sure there are many similar items that would work, but this one ticks all my boxes and my wife said that the call quality was great. Some other reviewers point out that the microphone boom is a little short but that doesn't seem to make any difference. My only gripe is that while the buttons on this one are tactile, do stick out from the surface somewhat, they could _still be easier to find and press by feel, especially the multifunction one that also does the calling and hanging up. For the price, I don't think you're going to find anything much better.

I’ve had this headset for just over a year. It’s worked pretty well until recently. It holds a charge for a long time and connects easily, but, I agree with some of the other reviews about how the buttons are hard to find/feel when you’re wearing the headset. I don’t know what’s going on with it lately, but it keeps disconnecting when I’m in calls, or I can’t connect to it at all. Over the last few weeks it’s become very unreliable, right now I can’t even get the mic to connect. So I’m afraid I’m going to have to find something else. I work from home and I use it every day on teams calls and for the most part it’s been pretty good annd reliable until the last few weeks. People have intermittently expressed that I sound funny or unclear over the last year but overall it was working really well until just recently. I came here today to see if anybody has had any issues with the headset not working and thought I would leave a review a year after my purchase.

This is the worst headset I have had. I bought it to replace one the broke apart. This had no noise cancellation. People say it’s hard to hear me. As if I was yelling down a hallway. The power button is stuck but I was able to turn in on. I tried to contact the seller. They have multiple blocking techniques so that you can not even ask a question. I just wanted to ask for a possible repair or replacement. But that’s obviously not an option.
