Perfect Replacement

The cables work if you can get them seated properly. The OEM cables have a blue tab on each end to assist with inserting them into their connectors. These replacement cables do not have the tabs. Without the tabs, you'll need some angled forceps or similar tool to give you enough control to get the cables inserted. Also, I had an especially hard time inserting the touchpad cable because it was shorter than the OEM cable, and without the grab tab I had no way to hold on to it.

Excellent replacement cables, definitely a little longer than the originals but still work & fit great. Plus you have a extra for another repair or replacement if needed

I was cleaning/fixing my controller for stick drift and the OEM ribbon tabs literally just fell off when I disconnected it. The controller won’t work if the touchpad isn’t connected. This replacement did the trick and my controller works again.

I was replacing the shell of my ps4 controller but ended up ruining both of the ribbons. Ordered this, replaced them both only using my hands, and it turned out wonderfully. 10/10 this was a lifesaver I almost lost my mind lmao.

I would give it 0 stars if I could and I will be seeking a refund. I ordered these to replace the ribbon cable for the touchpad. The ribbon cable for the touchpad that comes with this set is FAR TOO SHORT. It is literally 1 inch in length, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use because it doesn't reach far enough to make the connection.

I had one ps4 controller that would not charge but the port did not look damaged. I decided to replace the cable that connects the charging port to the MB and BAM issued resolved. Controller was able to power on, work in game, and take a charge.

I was super uncertain if this would even work as the pins on the ds4 touchpad appear to bare 10pins but are spread out 2 pins wider than this 10pin ribbons width. The original ribbon in question that i damaged was secured in place with some tacky circuit board friendly adhesive. I used scotch tape to pin the ribbion cable down. Of course... it works and functions exactly as expected to. Im stoked. Even though the ribbon cable isn't making contact with two pins on either edge its working so, good product and happy i found it. My first few searches didn't turn back much. I can confirm This is the go to for model # CUH-ZCT2U.

Waste of money, I wouldn’t recommend because it doesn’t work at all
