Are the resulting cards standard A2 size when folded? Can they be mailed in a standard A2 envelope?

They can be folded so that they fit this size envelope, but they look kind of strange. I tried to add a picture, but was unsuccessful.

Does the die cut come as one big piece or they are all individual pieces for each section of the card?

Die cut comes in one piece and you have to carefully separate all the pieces.

Where are these dies made?

Most dies are made in China. Even well known companies like Gina K and Tim Holtz are made in China. I've ordered from many companies. I just jump in and take my chances. If I'm not happy I don't order from them again. You choose.
