Insoles work very well and are comfortable.

I’m around 175 lbs and on my feet a lot throughout the day, and these insoles made an immediate difference. The arch support feels firm but not aggressive, and the heel cup really helps keep everything aligned. Within a few days, I noticed less fatigue in my feet and lower back. They don’t feel bulky, and they fit perfectly into both my sneakers and boots without needing to size up. What I like most is that they’re supportive without being uncomfortable — some insoles feel like you’re standing on a rock, but these feel structured and stable in a good way. If you deal with foot soreness, long workdays, workouts, or just want better support in your shoes, these are absolutely worth it. Solid quality and actually do what they claim.

Great insole. Comfortable to wear for long periods, making working on your feet much easier. Fit into my workboots no problem, didn't have to modify at all. This is one area I don't believe in going cheap on, but these will not break your budget.

Every bit as good as those found in our local running shop. Especially so for everyday use. Walking had become quite difficult for me. I have a narrow, sort of rolling heel that causes not only heel/ankle pain but which causes pain to radiate to the arch and the ball of my foot. This worked every bit as well as the more expensive model from the local running shop. I do think for running they might be less flexible than the ones I can buy locally. So, if I were a serious runner, I might consider the ones from the running shop. But at less than half the price, these Valsole orthotics belong in my every day shoes.

Literally day1 of wearing these, i work a standing and mobile job, switched out my old ruined inspkes for these and they are great, The first hour was uncomfortably rigid but it did not take long to break them in, the cushioning is perfect, they fit my 10.75 boots perfectly, i didnt cut anything. Idk how durable they are but the shock absorption is amazing
