Velcro quality is good. Provides Great support & mobility of hand movement.

Having hand pains in the thumb area and figured to give this a try. Nice design and fit, but one of the hard splines popped thru the stitching after 3 days and the thumb velcro doesn't hold as well after a week. Not very costly so didn't bother to contact seller...did help the hand pain though

I've been bracing to treat De Quervain's Synovitis that's been causing me a lot of pain and problems the past few months. I've ordered four different types of braces to help stabilize my thumb and wrist. So far, this is the ONLY one I've tried that allows me to actually write, type, and scroll 'almost' like normal. I'm an office and AP manager so I have to use my right hand almost all day. While this brace does offer the stability I need, it allows just enough thumb movement to perform my daily tasks. I highly recommend this brace if you are in the same boat as I am with a bad wrist and a job which requires A LOT of writing and typing.

Needs to have different sizes. Too large in the palm, slips up.

This brace provides the best support to your thumb for dequervains while still being able to use your hand for doing physical labor at a job.After using it for about 20 hours physical labor the fabric over the plastic brace part will rip and i will have to put some super glue under it. And then about a month later its time to get a new one because the amount of super glue needed to keep it functional will make it uncomfortable.Ive had many braces and they all will fall apart eventually. This one falls apart faster than the ones they will give you at the urgent care but it allows you to do physical labor and.

I've taken 1 star away, over all works great, I wear it 23 hrs a day, I don't want a second thumb surgery, the 1 area lacking is UPPER THUMB SUPPORT. I've been wearing a few weeks, good wrist support, needs more UPPER Thumb support so 1st joint of thumb does not bend at all, as that the purpose.

I originally ordered two thumb splints from this company for my husband. While they fit his wrist, the thumb are was too tight for him to wear. I notified the company that I was returning them and why. I received an immediate email from them saying that they would be coming out with a thumb splint that had an adjustable thumb area and that it would be available soon. I went on the weblink provided in the email to pre-order them, and to my surprise it went through as an order and I received the new adjustable thumb splints withing 3 days. They fit my husband's wrists very well and comfortably, and having the adjustable thumb area is wonderful. They are really helping my husband with his pain. I wouldn't hesitate to order any other items from this company. The quality of this product, as well as their customer service, is outstanding.

Several months after my son was born I felt like I hyperextended my thumb. I had pain just below the thumb joint every time I tried to pick him up or stretch my thumb away from my hand (e.g. opening scissors). I wore a standard wrist brace from the drugstore for several months with little improvement. In fact, the pain worsened. Well! Several days after trying this brace, my pain is significantly diminished and I have better thumb strength and mobility. Even better, this brace doesn't interfere with my ability to pick up or cradle my son. I only wish I had found this sooner.

Se ajusta bastante bien al tener la banda de la muñeca. De las otras que he probado es la mejor, un poco mas cara pero bien acabada, sin olor a plástico, etc. La recomendaría pero para manos medianas a grandes, a mi mujer que su mano es pequeña no le ajusta bien.

Ich habe die Bandage gekauft, da ich mir beim Volleyballspielen die Kapsel im Daumen angerissen habe und ich im Alltag bei vielen Bewegungen Schmerzen hatte. Die Bandage kam gewohnt schnell an und ist in der Anwendung mehr als einfach. Daumen durch die Lasche führen und dann um das Handgelenk die Schlaufe "binden/wickeln" und am Ende festmachen. Mit dem Tragen der Bandage wird der Daumen sehr gut fixiert aber nicht überspannt. Ich konnte durch die "feste" Haltung des Daumens (welche immer noch Bewegungsspielraum in gewissem Maße erlaubt) mehr Dinge schmerzfrei erledigen und kann nach und nach eine allgemeine Besserung festhalten.Ich habe auch nach längerem Tragen kein großes Schwitzen oder einen Geruch der Bandage feststellen können und auch das Waschen hat sie super überlebt. Für mich eine tolle Unterstützung. Ich habe sogar mit der Bandage schon wieder Volleyball spielen können.

I needed 2 splints, so I bought one of each version. Version 1 is a bit of a close fit, very snug around the thumb. Although I have largish hands for a women (size 8 gloves) my hands aren’t as big as an average man. It’s otherwise a decent splint, so if your hands are small, try version 1, it’s much cheaper. Version 2 is much more adaptable around the thumb and feels better made, they’ve obviously taken feedback and improved the product. I used to make and prescribe orthotics, and in my opinion both splints are good quality and decent design.

For many saxophonists, it’s amazing that Braces TP32 can use to protect a thumb.I have ever tried anything, this is the greatest! Be careful of confusing thingsas China products.
