Excellent customer service
I like the strong magnetic attachment to the phone and the ease of removing the cards. The finger strap broke after 8 weeks but the company were very quick to replace the item even though it was outside the return period. Excellent customer service from a real person. Recommended.

Heavy by itself and even heavier with the MagSafe wallet attachment.

Not as good as popsocket
Bought this to replace one from pockdocket and whilst it looks nice it isn’t nearly as strong and doesn’t align without shimmying, OFTEN falls off and my phone falls to the floor or the wallet portion is left behind in back or pocket. Esr is usually a reliable brand, but not regarding this product.

Lost 2 bank cards and driving license :(
After 10 days it has fallen off without me noticing and I lost my credit and debit card as well as my driving license. Not impressed.

it's okay
Strong reliable magnet, but the cards are a little hard to remove and you need at least three in there if you dont want them to just slide out on their own, which means it adds quite a bit of weight to your phone.
