Da Vinci catapult
Great little model, says 14yr + but I would say easier than that, plus good instructions. Bought for my 6yr old, but turns out my 3yr daughter wants to be a siegh engineer!!! Can throw a marble size lump of clay about 10meters!! Good fun and would buy again.

Nice little project
Kids loved it - used a glue gun rather than the supplied glue as one side parted but I think that maybe the tension i set on the spring pieces.

Easy to build but instructions are in german
Item took 5 days to arrive but was well packaged. Detailed instructions but in German. Works very well, especially with marbles but needs adjustment to ropes if they become slack. Care needed with assembly to ensure parts are put together the right way around.

Leonardo's experiment comes to life!
We have recently been to see Leonardo's house in France. This is a lovely reminder and a good little kit to make

Very enjoyable
Made this during lockdown had a great time - instructions are so clear and concise was able to make a fully functioning catapult whilst wasted.

It really works
Great for a 12 year old to accurately build, adjust and effectively propel the ball some distance.

Don't glue it the first time.
10 yr old daughter enjoyed this. The finished item quite powerful. She followed the diagrams well coping with everything except the strings/knots. A diagram early in instructions is misleading and by following it and glueing (grr ... should assemble, check, disassemble and glue) the cog wheel ended up the wrong way round. Would have preferred a model where there was a crank to wind the catapult arm back rather than the unrealistic pulling it back by hand.
