I have become interested in building a small pinball table and ordered this just to see how some of these smaller toy machines worked/played. I am happy to report this game is flat out GREAT. I am frankly amazed at how much fun this is to play for a relatively low priced toy. When it comes out of the box, you put 3 AA batteries in the back. You also get a sheet of stickers that you put on yourself. Care is required adding these at they STICK on contact and I mean 'right Now'. You could easily decide not to bother with the stickers, the machine is reasonably attractive with them or without. There is a ON button to turn the game on and a RESET button to start a game. There are bright lights on both sides and it plays perky tunes that all give it a much enhanced arcade pinball game feel. When a game is going, there is a whirring motor noise. None of this bothers me but this is not a quiet toy. One thing that makes this game stand out from the competition is it has active components. I was surprised how perky the pop bumpers and plastic sling shots are. There are also gates at the top that actually score. For its price, this small pinball table really delivers the FEEL of a pinball machine. It is an excellent value.

Fun toy. Purchased for my 9 year old grandson and he’s loving it. Keeps him busy and his younger sister too.

Bought this for my 9 yr old daughter at Xmas. Didn't realize you have to put all the stickers on it and lots of them. She loves it, a bit noisy but fun for kids and adults. It's almost identical to the Atomic Arcade Pinball machine I had as a kid 40 some years ago. Looks different on outside but same design except digital score vs the the analog mine had. Also it has feet that tuck away when not in use where mine had ones you needed to remove and easily lost. Would of thought there would be more upgrades after all these years later. Brings back so many memory's for and new ones for my daughter. Wish I never lost mine in a house fire when I was young. Who knows I made my one for myself. I totally recommend it for the price if your kid or yourself are pinball fans. One issue is the bumpers are magnetic and ball sometimes sticks to it, a slight shake or tap frees it but may affect your score.

The whack-a-mole game has been a huge hit. It’s fun, keeps them busy, and somehow creates just the right amount of chaos. My kid loves it, takes the job very seriously, and whacks those moles like they personally offended him. Definitely a win.

Ball constantly gets stuck at the top and you have to bang the item around to get the ball back

I bought some Amazon batteries for this, plus I bought a battery adapter system to plug into the wall because I assumed that this thing would chew up the batteries in no time. Maybe it's a testament to the quality of Amazon batteries. But it's definitely a testament to how little energy the motor on this thing actually uses. Don't resist buying this if you're afraid you'll have to go through a lot of batteries. I'm still on the original set of batteries. I have played this a lot. I even had it filled with pennies for a while, and they are much heavier than the plastic coins, thus a bigger strain on the motor and batteries. I should point out that I usually play this without the sound. I'm not sure how much battery the sound would take.

I wish I could give this product zero stars. This was a gift from Santa and neither the scoring function nor the bumpers worked. We followed all of the instructions and even used new batteries. Now we need to explain why Santa would deliver a defective toy. Terrible.

The activities officer thought it would be a good idea for the residents, and she was right. It's engaging, entertaining and fun. Easy to use and requires a bit of focus, concentration and hand/eye coordination to operate. The only downside is the music can be a bit much but there may be a way to remedy that. The average age at the home is probably 80.
