This multipack of adhesive heel repairs has prolonged the life of 3x pairs of my shoes perfectly. The first time you stick them to the back of your shoe you can feel them however after a few hours of walking they compress down and are almost like a new interior of the shoe. Very functional. Fit well. All in all quite a good product from something that I was initially sceptical about.

Do the job but stick didn’t last long

Had a pair of trainers where the heels was high and rubbed on my Achilles. These did the job and can now wear comfortably with no issues. Great value and definitely worth the money. Stickiness holds in place

Can't believe I never though of biting these before. Stuck in the back of my Converse where the heel support has fallen apart, and they're comfier than ever. Also used a pair in my Doctor Martens, and they no longer rub my ankles.
