I'm not sure how I made it this long without this supplement. It has been more effective than ANY supplement I've used through the years. It has gotten rid of tons of pain I was experiencing. I'm so happy to have discovered this product!

I was using this for a few months, but the price went up, even though I was on a discounted subscription, so I switched to something else. That is when I realized how much this brand was actually helping and I am switching back to it.

I used this Citicoline and over time did have some noticable but modest improvement in abaility to motivate - when I thought of something I needed to do, I was somewhat more likely to get up and do it once I was loaded with this. This is JUST MY EXPERIENCE: But I experienced substantial tendon inflammation in my wrists and ankles, I experimented with dosing and feel pretty sure about this. Now after the same time unloading as initial loading (about 3-4 weeks) I feel pretty normal again. I LIKED what it did for my brain but not the side effects. YOUR MILAGE MAY VARY

I have been taking Jarrow’s Formula Citicoline for two years for sensory tics. It’s been very helpful but I’m getting to the point that I feel like I need to up the dose so I wanted to find a better priced vitamin. While my tics are not as frequent as without Citicoline, they are definitely more prevalent than with Jarrow’s. I’ll rate it 3 stars since there is still a noticeable difference.
