PIASCLEDINE 30 CAPSULES, Piascledine is a product of herbal origin, with trophic effect in the connective tissue. It restores the normal cartilage structure by stimulating the synthesis of proteoglycans and collagen. Each capsule contains: Total extract of Persea gratissima/Glycine max unsaponifiable (Unsaponified fraction of Avocado oil 100 mg, Unsaponifiec fraction of Soybean oil 200 mg) ...................................... 300 mg Anhydrous colloidal silicon: ............................... 7 mg Butylhydroxytoluene ....................................... 0,3 mg Gelatin q.s. to .............................................. 390 mg Indication: Rheumatology: Symptomatic slow-acting treatment of osteoarthritis of hip and knee.Dentistry: Adjunctive treatment of periodontitis. Dosage: 1 capsule once daily with a meal. Take the capsule with abundant water. Contraindication: History of hypersensitivity to any of the components in the formula. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: There is no available data to evaluate teratogenic or fetotoxic effects. Therefore, it should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Drug interactions: Severe interactions were not reported. Nevertheless, to avoid interactions with other drugs, the patient shall inform the physician if she/he is taking another medicine. Adverse reactions: Infrequent: In some patients, it may cause lipid-scented regurgitations. To avoid this discomfort, capsules should be taken with meals. Rare: Hypersensitivity. Extremely rare: liver disorders, including increased transaminases, alkaline phosphatases, bilirubin and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase. Unknown frequency: gastrointestinal disorders, such as: diarrhea and epigastric pain.

Don’t waste your money on other supplements.
This stuff is a miracle. I started taking this over 30 days ago due to joint pain. I also had a painful neck with a trigger point in my back and I could hardly turn my neck. I have tried massage and acupuncture plus lots of ibuprofen and naproxen. I can now turn my neck and the pain is minimal. I can now work on stretching my neck out to get rid of the last of the stiffness. I’m going to continue taking this and will update later.

Incredible for my joint pain
This was recommended by a physician. I normally don’t believe much in natural medicine but it was amazing how it made the pain on my thumb go away. Before taking it I could barely hold a jar strong enough to open it and now I hardly feel any pain.
