I've been using the Bodygroomer 1000 for years without a single issue—it's been incredibly reliable. Recently, I picked up the Multigroomer 1000, and while there are both pros and cons, overall I'm quite happy with it. On the positive side, it cuts the beard very well—it's powerful and efficient. The compact size and portability are major advantages, especially if you're someone who travels often. However, I did notice some skin irritation when I used it without the guard, so it's something to be mindful of. Another thing that caught me off guard was the strong, unpleasant smell—something like dead fish—right when I opened the box. It filled the room, which was not a great first impression. Lastly, while it's not a dealbreaker, I do wish it came with a small pouch or case to store the guards and accessories for easier travel and organization. All things considered, it's a solid product and I'm very satisfied with the performance.

Works great. Feels sturdy and durable. Powerful motor that and micro screen like a bigger razor that won't break down.

This has to be one of the best electric trimmers/shaping tools out there for beginners. As a trans man in his 40's who is just starting to learn how to shape my facial hair, I find this tool ammaing to use as a starter learning tool. The guards are esay to attach and stay in place well, however once in a while they do not stay snapped in place and fall off. I liked that they included 3 different lengths as my hair is still comming in patchy so I need to keep it shorter for now. I find the overall small size of this trimmer great espically if you have small hands like myself. The only off putting thing about this is that after a few uses I found the battery compartment stated to have a strange dead fish-like smell to it everytime I opened it to put in or take out the battery. I found that I have to not close the compartment after use to help deter the unopleasent smell when I put it away back in the box.
