Great Quality
These boots are of high quality and excellent for dirt biking. They get a little warm when the weather is particularly warm, but overall, they are very comfortable. They were used extensively for 4 months and show only the normal wear and tear. The sole has held up to kick-starts and normal riding wear, unlike the cheaper boots we have bought. Worth the money.

MSR Waterproof Adv boots
Very comfortable, I have about 15 hrs riding with them . I really like the boots they are comfortable and you can walk in them and “ push your enduro up something slick and are not as likely to fall on your ass “ I have more expensive MX boots and I fell many times last season, there is good traction with theses boots and they are waterproof as long as you are not wading in to a deep river . I will likely buy this boot again in the future.

Good solid boot
Appears to be a good quality boot, time will tell but so far so good. I am a 80 /20 rider and these boots fit well and are warm enough for my application..

I love them!
These are great. Fantastic value for the money. I have a pair of Alpinestars Tech 3s a use for riding dirt bikes and a pair of Alpinestars SMX-S for riding sport bikes. They are both perfect for their intended purposes, but not good for anything else and both suck for walking around in. I recently acquired an adventure bike (R1250GS) and needed a pair of shoes that would be capable of on and and off-road riding, comfortable for long hours/miles, offer good protection but still be flexible enough to hike in. I needed one pair of shoes to do EVERYTHING. I had narrowed my search down to either a pair of Gaerne or Forma adventure boots, but I was struggling to justify the $400 price tag on a pair of shoes. I then stumbled across these MSR boots! $230 seemed too good to be true considering the price of the competition (klim and a-stars want closer to $500 or more for their comparable options!) but I figured I'd give them a shot. They are AMAZING! I just got back from a week long bike-only trip on my GS. I was hitting sandy fire roads in North Florida, clay ATV trail in the hills of Georgia, gravel paths in the mountains of North Carolina, and climbing up rock washes in Tennessee. I went through mud pits and water crossing, you name it. And of course plenty of long hours on interstates and highways, and of course tearing up the tail of the dragon and the cherohola skyway. I put over 2,000 miles of saddle time on these boots last week and my feet were dry, warm, and comfortable the entire time. I also did a LOT of walking. Many many miles. I even did little an obstacle course in Helen GA with them- climbing wall, ropes course, etc. Not once on that trip did I find myself having any sort of mobility or comfort issue. I went down on my GS once coming in too hot into some deep sugar sand. My right leg got stuck under my right pannier. The boot protected my leg just fine and that hard case slammed down on it pretty hard. That's a heavy bike loaded down with all my food, water, clothes, tools, and camping gear, and I didn't even get bruised. So I love them. They are great. Maybe spending $400 for some Formas or $500 for some Klims will get you a better product, but I really don't see any issues with these MSR. They did everything I asked of them. I suppose time will tell how long they last for though, but I am very optimistic.

Best ADV boots around the $200 price range
Keep in mind I bought these boots so I can ride my motorcycle to hike a moderate/easy trail of 5-7 miles without changing shoes. I wanted something slim and low profile without a oversized shin protector. Yet the shoes let me step in mud/water and anything that gets in my way. Pros: + Probably one of the best looking ADV boots. Don't have to look like a road warrior off the bike. + Slim & Low Profile. Didn't have to adjust my shifter or re-learn how to shift, unlike my Klim GTX + Waterproof. I had water level around 2-3 inches above ankle when crossing a stream and my feet were completely dry + $239 compared to other ADV boots that are like $300-$400 + Reasonably comfortable right off the bat Cons: - The insole that came with the shoe is like cardboard. Throw them out and get yourself some decent insole for $20.

Very comfortable adventure boots
Have about 5000 miles on these boots mostly hard off road enduro type ridding. I love them they’re very comfortable I’ve walked over a mile in them and had no issues I wear size 11 and got these in 11 and they fit perfectly also keep my feet dry. Definitely will have to break them in though I just wore them in the shop while working on my bike all day and that seemed todo the trick.

Great boot but not big enough on calf section
I too experienced a tight fit around the calves. I don't think these will be very waterproof since the fabric can't cover my shin very well. They look awesome and feel tough but unfortunately they probably won't be big enough.

Super high quality
INCREDIBLY well made and sturdy. Weren't really what I was looking for, but if you need a pfetty dedicated riding boot these may be the best choice
