Good for a smaller phone, difficult for a larger one
I've been in the market for a decent phone mount for ages, and tried a whole bunch of different ones. This one is... okay.Pros-Very strong adhesionHolds phone securelyDoesn't block my viewCons-This feels like it was designed before the rise of the "phablet" and not updated. I'm guessing around 2012-2013 maybe? It barely accommodates my Galaxy Note 4, and the weight of my phone pulls the holder down at an angle, and the non-removable arm means that there's only so far I can get the phone centered in the holder vertically.If your phone is larger than a Note 4, it won't fit.The ball-and-socket joint connecting the phone holder to the arm could be more snug and have more friction/resistance. You can't really position your phone, as the weight will just cause it to droop into the same position no matter what, and it comes apart a little too easily.Ultimately I'm probably going to continue using it, because the cons aren't insurmountable with a little finagling, but this could definitely stand to be updated for 2018.

Wobbly and cheaply made
Not great quality--even when you tighten the joints, the mount wobbles around alot and is not posed terribly firmly. I also have a case for my phone, and the bottom hook of the mount is too small to properly hold my phone firmly in palce. (If you have a thinner/no case, this is probably less of a concern for you.) I'll be returning this and getting the iOttie mount, which I've used with great results in my old car for several years.

Not very universal
Not too impressed with the universal claim. I have a V20 with an otterbox case and it barely fits. If I still had my Galaxy note, there is no way it would fit that. I have to squeeze it in. the bottom support just slides around, there is no way to secure it. I will give it a few days to see if I want to keep it.

Was super satisfied with the product
Bought it couple years ago and used it till I broke it. Was super satisfied with the product. This time can’t say the same. Materials look and feel much cheaper. Have to readjust it all the time as the whole mechanism gets loose very often.

It holds the phone quite tightly, but the base wouldn't stick to my textured dash board. I'm going to try mounting it with double stick carpet tape.

I didn't like the logo on the front
I didn't like the logo on the front. It's the reason why I got it. Also it's a bit too flimsy. It isn't that firm.

Quality is satisfactory.
Just received this product today. Pretty simple instructions to set it up. Haven't used it yet. The quality of the product seems satisfactory.

Doesn't stick on the dash but will work with the window. Somewhat bulky but gets the job done.
