After 2 years, VERY happy!
I bought these in white for my son's dorm room two years ago ( I know, what was I thinking??). He obviously did not wash them often enough during the last two school years (they were rather yellow due to him being a hot sleeper in an un-airconditioned dorm room). I think he rarely, if ever, switched to the darker colored sheets by a different manufacturer because he likes the crisp and cool percale. At the end of each year, I thought for sure I was washing them in vain, that they'd never come clean. But after washing maybe 3 times in hot water with normal detergent, Oxyclean, and borax using a decently long soak cycle, they have come out pretty darn clean! And the best part is that they are still nice and crispy soft! Who'd have thought?! He's working and living on campus this summer, so back they will go with him for another round! Thankfully, summer housing WILL be air conditioned! LOL. Overall, we are very happy with these twin XL sheets!

Cool and crisp. Buy these!
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to make sure other people know about these sheets. I'm what you might call a "linen snob". I have an obsession with all linens.... sheets, blankets, duvets, towels etc. I usually buy (and hoard) expensive brands like Restoration Hardware, Peacock Alley, Bella Linea and such. I like my sheets to be crisp and feel cool to the touch, but not slippery. For years, my favorite sheets were from Restoration Hardware and cost about $800 for a king set. I didn't mind paying that, because they were exactly how I like them and lasted for years thru twice weekly washing, and didn't yellow if I used bleach every now and then. A couple of years ago I started noticing a difference in the fabric of the new sets. They didn't wash as well and weren't as smooth and crisp. I was no longer happy spending that much on the sheets because they were no longer perfect to me. So I started buying other expensive brands, figuring that I could surely find something I loved. Wrong. I bought Peacock Alley, Boll & Branch, Cozy Earth, and many more, and never could find one quite right (Peacock Alley was the best of those I will say). Recently, I purchased a new Queen mattress for a guest room, and realized that I no longer own any Queen sheets. In a time crunch, I ordered this set from Amazon, be cause they would arrive in time to be washed prior to my guests arriving. I was initially surprised at how nice they felt out of the package! I was even happier at how nicely the pillowcases ironed (yes, I iron my pillow cases... don't laugh until you try it.... you will never sleep on a wrinkly pillowcase again!). I didn't think much more about it until my guests asked me where I purchased the sheets, as they were the best they ever slept on! I was surprised, but told them and forwarded the link to them. After they left, I got curious and ordered a set for myself, and boy was I surprised! They are amazing and so similar to my old favorites, at a tiny percentage of the price! I am ordering a few more sets because I don't want them to disappear! That being said, there are a few things not quite as nice..... they do not have flaps in the pillowcases (which does make them easier to iron lol) and the queen pillowcases seem to run a bit smaller than I would like. They also dont seem to be as thick as my old favorites, but the feel of them is almost petfect!I haven't had them long enough to say how well they hold up over time, but at this price point, who cares? BUY THESE SHEETS!

Good Sheets - Close Enough
These are almost exactly what my husband and I were looking for. It’s hard to find peracle sheets in store - they are always ‘sateen’ sheets. The sheets smelled absolutely HORRIBLE but nothing a quick wash can’t take care of (the seller actually gives an explanation of the smell and why and how to rid the smell in the enclosed Thank You card). They aren’t as thick as I like but they provide the crisp feel that we like to sleep with. The color is as shown on the advertisement.

Magic
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’m a bedding geek. When I was 12 years old, I asked for a feather mattress topper for Christmas and my quest for the best sleeping experience began. I’ve tried a lot of sheets, but it wasn’t until I discovered percale that I fully understood what truly good sleep could be. These sheets do not disappoint. For a menopausal hot flash, nothing is more cooling. They are crisp for days after washing, feel smooth and chilled when you get into bed, and keep you comfortable all night long. They fit a very thick mattress and additional thick mattress topper, stay in place, wash up beautifully, and yes - percale is wrinkled to some extent - but that’s a small price to pay for magic.

Finally! some great percale sheets
I LOVE these sheets. They feel crisp yet smooth and they keep me cool. I am a hot sleeper and these are perfect. I've tried a few different brands and so far, for the price they are more than worth it. Some others are too scratchy or the material felt weird, but these are a perfect blend of crisp and soft. I have expensive Saatva percale sheets which are amazing that are 3x the price and these are almost as good as those. Yes they get wrinkled. I dry them separately and take right out the dryer and fold. Wrinkling is minimal if you do that. These are 100% cotton percale so they will tend to wrinkle which I'm fine with!

The low price will allow you to overlook some flaws and inconveniences
This is percale. It’s going to get wrinkly as hell. You’re going to need to iron the edges of the pillowcases and the sheet or they will develop a crease that eventually weakens and tears. As long as you understand that these are good sheets for the price. They start out a little scratchy but after a while they become cool and smooth which is why you’re buying percale in the first place. My only surprise and disappointment is that the bottom sheet gets loose because it’s not quite big enough to fit over my mattress which is only 11”. These say they go higher but I think they shrink a lot and then they don’t.

Top quality at an affordable price.
These sheets are everything and more of what their discription said they were. Percale is my favorite cloth and these are just the right weight. I had previously bought a set of these in a different color, so I can say that the finish is very consistent. A great product at a very reasonable price. I am sure I will be back for more at some point.
