No more keys! Great product and easy to install!
The media could not be loaded. This high-tech gig is one of those things you don’t think you need, but once you start using it, life can never go back. I am really into new technology and always on the hunt for curious stuff on amazon. I have been hooked on the idea of smart door locks for a while, just because I hate searching for keys in my huge handbag that contains the whole universe. Then I decided that of all options, this face-recognizing thing is the coolest. So I ordered one.Well, it is a bit pricey, but it turns out totally worth it. The shipping was really fast, and the product was amazing. The lock is solid, made of stainless steel, and has a cool modern look. The installation is quite easy too. Just follow the manual and their step by step instruction on Youtube, and what you need is a screw driver. The job is done in several minutes, no complaints. Now this baby is guarding my main entrance:)Then it's fun time! Everybody in my family registered their faces into the system. It is supposed to store and recognize one hundred faces - a bit scary actually. Oh they teach you how to register your faces on Youtube too. As for the recognition part- excellent. We tried it in day time, night time, under dim light, and it recognizes all really fast. You can also swipe the card, and there is a backup key. It feels liberating to have this actually. Now I don’t have to keep nagging myself about the keys before leaving home, and I wont ever lock myself out again!

Facial recognition for the masses
A little jinky. You kind of have to step backwards more than I would have expected for it to frame your face. Every now and then it just won't figure out who I am. While they have a large expansive screen they only use a minor portion of it as a keypad if you want to use numeric input (so you have really little buttons and all of this screen real-estate available).I've installed multiple types of electronic locks and this wasn't quite as obvious on how you opened it up to install, also -- like most of these -- you really need 3 hands to install (I use blue painters tape to hold it in place while I position the other half, works fine).I like the concept and the hardware is absolutely top notch quality wise, but I only would give it 7-8 starts for the actual facial recognition. Doesn't love a light in back of you (and any interior building hallway will be set up that way), but you can get it to work.

Stays unlocked
The lock failed after 1 month by keeping the handle engaged. Very disappointing for the price just after being 1 week past the return period.

Works for me, but not my wife
Strangest thing. This unit works great for recognizing me in daylight or dark conditions. However, it will not recognize my wife's face. I would give it 5 stars. She would give it 1 star...and wants our fingerprint lock back...

Wont fit a standard 2 hole configuration.
The itemhad a crisp clear picture when in shade however it had several faults which mDe it unusable.1 sunlight washes out display and blinds camera.2 very difficult to program.3 partially covers dead bolt hole so it cant be used on normally spaced 2 hole door.

Good device face recognition need a lot of work to open the door
It’s a very good device My only problem is it took me about three or four times to open the door using face recognition other than that overall it’s a good device And also even though it says welcome you still can’t open door
