Purchased this item as a replacement hose for my Fluval 307 filter. The hose is well built and fits straight into the filter connections with no problem. At 3M in length depending on the distance between your filter and the tank this can be cut into two halves one for the input and one for the output. At 17mm diameter it provides great water flow for my two gold fish.

I bought a new fish tank with a shorter cupboard, meaning there wasn't enough headroom above the external filter for the old pipes to curve graciously. The output pipe kinked, impeding flow to almost nothing. This pipe is good, it doesn't kink and the flow is back to normal. The only downside is that the pipe is so long. The ends appear to be moulded on so you can't shorten the pipe. There are no instructions on what to do if you want a shorter pipe. Consequently I'm using the entire length wrapped around the filter beneath the tank which isn't tidy. Also, after cleaning the filter, the syphon action won't start because of the length. I have to pull the pipe up each time to straighten it out before the filter will fill up.

Does exactly what it needs to and fits onto the 406 perfectly. Brought to replace same product that came with filter. Not experienced any issues with that in the last few months, was just too short now after a tank upgrade. Other half cut this in into place with a normal kitchen knife, so no fancy tools required. Because it comes relatively compact, it is a bit awkward to fit into place to start with as it won't stay straight. Reccomend you have a couple of people at each end to stretch it out a little first.

Did the job, had filters under the fishtank and it was long enough to cut in half and use as two pipes.

It's expensive for what it is but easy to cut and fix onto my fluval filter accessories. Doest seem to fold and no blockages of water flow

La quería usar para un FX6 pero esta es de un diámetro menor aun así me funciono para el desagüe del FX6 una mangera que no se dobla y te permite dar vueltas sin problema
