Whisk that's nice to hold and works well
I had a "trendy" whisk from another well known manufacturer, but the silicon covering started coming off about 2 months after purchase. As Tefal is a well known name, I thought to try this one, and must say that I am very pleased. It's robust, stands up perfectly to the dishwasher, and cleans beautifully by hand also. It whisks well, and being quite large - note, definitely NOT a mini whisk - reaches into saucepans with plenty of room to spare. I didn't know I needed one of these, but now I have it, I would definitely recommend it to others. I would like it to have come in other colours, but red appears to be Tefal's colour for spatulas, whisks, and so on. That's a personal preference though, so I haven't taken any marks off. The product is excellent.

Broke during first use
I thought I was going to love this whisk, but as soon as I used it to stir a bit of gravy, one of the prongs(?) came out of the handle. I can stick it back in, but it just keeps falling out whenever I use it. Not very satisfied with this purchase, given the price.

Bigger than I expected.
It seems well made and I bought it to go with my new Ingenio pan set. It's a bit larger than I expected, so not very practical for the smallest pan, for making small amounts of sauces etc, but as I mainly use it for gravy in the larger pots, it is fine.

Easy to handle
Wanted to get a whisk for our not stick pans and stainless steal pans. This one is well made, feels light but is strong. I think I made a very good choice and myself and partner are happy with our purchase.

Good solid whisk
Works well and is easy to clean. Looks like it should last a good long while as it is sturdily built. The heavier handle can mean it tips out of shallow bowls.

Produit conforme. Le fouet est recouvert d'enduit silicone ou plastique ce qui, lors de son utilisation protège les casseroles. Je m'en sers pour la béchamel, le chocolat au lait fait maison et autres recettes et ce fouet rempli parfaitement son rôle. La taille du produit est suffisante pour ce genre de préparations Un pack avec 2 tailles différente serait appréciée

the tines bend by simply hitting the sides of a bowl. If you are whisking anything firmer than egg whites you are better off with almost any other whisk.

Estoy encantada con esta varilla batidora de Tefal. Desde que la tengo la uso prácticamente a diario. Es muy ligera, cómoda de agarrar y el mango antideslizante hace que batir sea mucho más fácil, incluso durante varios minutos seguidos. Lo que más me gusta es que las varillas son de silicona, así que no rayan sartenes ni recipientes antiadherentes. Puedo mezclar directamente en la sartén o en cazos sin preocuparme de estropear nada. Además, la silicona es resistente al calor y no se deforma. Bate muy bien: huevos, masas ligeras, salsas, cremas… todo queda homogéneo rápidamente. También se limpia en segundos (apta para lavavajillas, lo cual es un plus). La calidad se nota mucho: materiales robustos, buen acabado y diseño moderno. No es la típica varilla barata que se dobla o se rompe con el tiempo. Sin duda, una compra totalmente recomendable. Si buscas una varilla duradera, segura para tus utensilios y de buena marca, esta es perfecta.
