The quality of the chair is good and it is very comfortable. I am using it in my home office and have already many spent hours in it. It is solid and I love that it comes with a five-year warranty. The assembly took about 1 hour and is pretty straightforward and not complicated. It has an adjustable lumbar support which helps my back quite a bit, and an adjustable headrest also quite helpful. The height adjustment is interesting it goes much higher than expected. I use it on the lowest setting and it good for typing at my desk. I also really like the padded arm rests. This chair is easily as good or better than the Lazyboy chair it replaced which I paid about twice as much for. Last night I fell asleep sitting in it that how comfortable I find it.

Design feels substandard. A lot of cheap feeling plastic components. One of the screw hole does not even align with the socket inside, which prevent the screw from even getting screwed in. Requested for a return/refund. Will steer clear from this brand in the future.

Buscaba una silla que no se viera “tan de oficina” -venía de usar sillas con diseños más casuales pero no ergonómicas. Me sorprendió la calidad, comodidad y estilo de la silla. Apenas la he usado 1 día pero sí noto la diferencia contra la que estaba usando. ¡Muy recomendada! No es difícil armarla, pero toma algo de tiempo (40-60 min).

Super easy to assemble! I'm mid 50's and put this together by myself in less than an hour. Everything was clearly labeled and packaged well. They even provided extra screws which I appreciated. But the allen wrench with the handle was the best tool I've ever gotten in an "assembly required" product. The chair is comfortable which is important as I use it for both WFH and crafting and will be sitting in it for 10-12 hours each day. I'd also like to say that the pictures do not do it justice. The product images can make the chair look 'cheap'. But in person, it is extremely sturdy material and looks professional. A really good chair for it's price point.
