Mineralizes water, good complement to a RO system.
I have a waterdrop RO system and it works great. One problem with it, the water from the RO system has very low ph, as expected, and tastes bitter. This pitcher solves that problem. I just fill it with water from the RO system and it mineralizes it. Taste much better. Cant wait to make coffee with it as the water directly from the RO system makes the coffee taste bitter as well.

Impressive Water Filter
I have evaluated numerous pitcher water filters, and I must express my profound satisfaction with the Waterdrop Lucid. The alkaline filters, in particular, have demonstrably enhanced the flavor profile of my tea and coffee, a remarkable improvement I had not anticipated. To optimize refrigerator space, I utilize ice cubes to chill the water, a method that has proven highly effective. I am exceedingly pleased with this product.

Very easy to set up. Make filtered water as you need it in minutes Pitcher is very sturdy and easy to clean. Long lasting Has an indicator light when filter need replacing My dogs seem to enjoy the filtered water since they are drinking more water Note: I got the alkaline filter first but changed to the regular since the alkaline water can upset a dogs chemistry per my vet. I drink more water too! Coffee tastes so much better. Couldn’t be more pleased. Note: I’ve just discovered the alkaline pitcher is not meant to work with non alkaline filters. I will need to get the classic pitcher instead

Nice size and good design
This is a nice, well designed pitcher. It is easy to pour from, and you can pour before the top part is empty. This is a nice feature. I also like that there is a port on the lid, for ease of filling. I have public water that is not very good out of the tap, and it has a significant chlorine smell. I also have a Brita filtering pitcher. Alone, the Brita filters the water and takes out the chlorine smell, but the water still isn’t good. Alone, the Waterdrop is about the same, but the water tastes moderately better. So… the magic combination for me is to filter once through the Brita, then use that water to fill the Waterdrop. This water tastes as good as bottled, and think it is alkaline water but no way to actually determine that. I would recommend this product, but for my water, it is a two step process. I had to rate it as a 4 since it wasn’t a one pour solution for me. It might be for others.

Definitely raises the pH to create alkalinity
This alkaline water picture is working wonders, our water is already fairly alkaline at 8.2, and this picture raises it to 9.6. that's a very good improvement, and the water tastes better than the tap even though we are on a well.

Totally recommended
This filter is excellent! I’ve been using it for a couple of months the taste of the water is really good. I had an issue with the light on the detector and the help me to fix the problem very fast. I totally recommend this filter. They are very professional, thanks to Olivia for all the help! Appreciated. I’m impressed with the service.
