A great modification for your Explorer and VERY EASY to install
I purchased these for a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT and they fit perfectly. I actually had them for quite a while before installation, dreading a long, tedious, process, but I was completely wrong. Installation: This was very easy and only took about 30 minutes for the complete install on both mirrors. Each light was packed securely, and each had a protective plastic layer to prevent scratches during shipment. The lights are both just plug-and-play. These were also an exact fitment from the OEM lights but look much better and cooler! The smoke tinted lens adds to the appearance and the sequential lighting is smooth and looks amazing. Both lights functioned correctly for each turn signal, alarm (locking/unlocking), and emergency lights. These side-marker lights are definitely a must-have, low cost, DIY modification for your Explorer.

Loving this purchase
Lowkey one of the most underrated things you can do to your ford explorer, i have a 2014 sports ecoboost ford explorer and i was worried about fitment issues because of other reviews i saw but i was happy that they were just the perfect fitness, honestly makes it look amazing even more at night, super bright with no issues

Impressive
I really appreciate a company that send you tools to help aid you in getting to your product faster. This came in 2 days with a pry tool and a torque screwdriver. The pry tool is great to have for all sorts of things car related and the screwdriver fit the screws in my car. These game brand new with not a single scuff or scratch and had a protective film around them to peel off before installing. Now installing these on my ford explorer was a whole story. There wasn't very many videos and the hardest part was nerve wrecking as it could destroy your side mirrors. But with some patience and some light tugging I got them installed. Both of these items worked perfectly and are so bright and beautiful. These are very high quality especially compared to the oem crap that looked awful on my car before.

Not worth the time .
I recently bought the Doiplent [2pcs] Side Mirror Turn Signal Lights for my 2011-2019 Ford Explorer, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite their advertised features, these lights only activate when the car is off and the alarm is pressed. They completely fail to function as turn signals while driving, which defeats their primary purpose. I even installed resistors as recommended, but this did not solve the issue. The installation was straightforward, but the product itself is unreliable. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend these lights to anyone. Look for a more dependable option to avoid this frustration.

Mirror blinkers update to smoke look.
Works perfect. Glove fit. Take your time, separate the mirror from its housing. Remove the four screws holding the mirror frame behind the mirror. Let the mirror frame hang down to remove the existing blinker and connection. Take your time it’s a tight fit but will pull out. Install & Connect the new blinker and connection. Reinstall the mirror frame, with the four screws that was removed. Finally snap the mirror back into its housing. Turn on hazard lights to make sure both blinkers are working properly.

Bought for 2011 Explorer
My old Explorer is on it's last legs, use it to tow my trailer to the dumpster with trash and carry my dog to the vet. But, as long as it's still running, I am fixing things like a failed bulb on the mirror turn signal. These came quickly, included a plastic prybar, (which I just used a screwdriver like Ford says, plastic didn't seem up to the task) and a torx wrench. Actually, used a screwdriver for that, too. But nice that they included the tools. Since these are different than factory, I replaced both. Took probably 30-45 minutes for both. I worked slowly to keep from breaking the mirrors. Frankly, I think they look much cooler than the originals on the 2011 & though when off they look identical to the fixtures on my 2023 Explorer, they are cooler than the ones on that, too. The motion is a nice looking feature. Disappointed the new Explorer doesn't have the motion. Now to see how long they last.

Didn't work!!
Looks good but didn't work!! Easy to install but wouldn't do a full sequential blink/flash. Doesn't work for the blinker or the hazards. I don't think it's compatible with my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT.
