great quality item for the price.. really well made and looks the part... assembly instructions are a little vague but that's my only criticism....

This furniture is very well made and comfortable but as others have said some of the screws don't line up that well but managed to get it together quite quickly otherwise. Delivery was exceptionally quick as we live near the warehouse. The only negative we have with it are the cushion cover colour, we did post a question asking if they were cream as in the picture., two replies said yes but a third said they were light beige, when ours arrived we were very disappointed to see the cushions were light beige and definately not cream as in the photo, on saying that they have grown on us a bit but I personally would of still preferred the cream, contacted Great Sense who said they were amending the wording in the advert so that people know exactly what they are buying.

You need to drill out the bolt holes as some of them do not line up.The Rattan is wrapped over some of the bolt holes so be careful. The welds are starting to rust ,and the spanners provided are less than useless. You need a good set of allen keys and a good set of spanner`s or ratchet spanner. A "G" clamp comes in handy as well. Do not over tighten the bolts as they come through the bolt holes and washers either side would be better if supplied.

Product is amazing value for money.Carrier caused a bit of confusion but Kamil and the team could not do enough to help and didn’t get annoyed with my constant questioning and phoning

I bought this set for my mum around 3 years ago and its been left outside under a tarpaulin all this time and still looks fabulous. the following year I bought myself a set from a garden centre which cost me almost 3 times the price and its already coming apart. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone

Very happy. Good quality, comfortable garden furniture and I thought it was very easy to put together (took about an hour altogether).I purchased this for approx £500.

Very pleased with this set ,it is well made and looks classy. Putting it together can be tricky, hence only 4 stars.

Agree with the reviews here and would add that the table is too high for comfort if you want to eat (even if you're well over 6 ft tall)..
